Personalize your Walk Center and help find a cure! Now that you re registered, it s time to personalize your site! Visit http://walk.psoriasis.org. Step 1 Log in 1.

Step 2 Participant Center You are now logged into your Participant Center where you can: Customize your page E-mail friends and family to ask for donations Check your fundraising progress And more!

1 Personalize your Walk Center and help find a cure! Now that you re registered, it s time to personalize your site! Visit Step 1 Log in 1. Fill in your username and password in the field at the top of the page and click log in. 2. Click View all walks and you will see a list of the walks you are registered for. 3. Click on desired event. Step 2 Participant Center You are now logged into your Participant Center where you can: Customize your page friends and family to ask for donations Check your fundraising progress And more! Step 3 Participant Center This is what you ll see on the right side of your Participant Center. From here you can: 1. Update team information (see step 4) 2. If you re a team captain, send a message to teammates (Fill in box and click update. Next time team members login they will see your message!). 3. Update your personal fundraising goal (fill in new goal and click update ). 4. Create easy-to-remember personal and team URLs (see step 5)

Step 4 Update team info (Skip to step 5 if you are not a Team Captain) 1. Change team name, company, or type. 2. Set or change team fundraising goal. 3. Change team description and photo. 4. Scroll down and you will see: a.

Step 5 Create easy-to-remember URLs Click on link in Walk Center homepage (check Step 3, # 4 for image). 1. Fill in personalized text to name your URLs. 2.

2 Step 4 Update team info (Skip to step 5 if you are not a Team Captain) 1. Change team name, company, or type. 2. Set or change team fundraising goal. 3. Change team description and photo. 4. Scroll down and you will see: a. Gift summary and graph of team progress. b. Team roster c. Team donations 5. Click save at bottom of page when you are finished with updates. Step 5 Create easy-to-remember URLs Click on link in Walk Center homepage (check Step 3, # 4 for image). 1. Fill in personalized text to name your URLs. 2. Click save and then copy and paste friendly URLs onto marketing materials, social networking sites, personal s, etc. Step 6 Edit your personal page From your Walk Center homepage, click personal page. This is what you ll see! 1. Design look of page: a. Layout template: Select # of photos b. Select color and font scheme 2. Edit the Content of this page by selecting click here to open this page for editing

Step 6 Edit your personal page (part 2) Now that your page is open for editing: 1. Edit the title of your personal page 2.

Upload a photo or video of yourself. a. Make sure you have a photo saved on your computer. b. Click browse and select desired photo. c. Click upload.

Click add from my address book c. Choose your e-mail provider d. Enter e-mail address and password e. This will allow you to (automatically) upload your contacts. 2. OR Import a.

3 Step 6 Edit your personal page (part 2) Now that your page is open for editing: 1. Edit the title of your personal page 2. Create your own story in black text section OR update the template text to include your personal story the more you share, the more people will know how important this cause is to you! 3. Upload a photo or video of yourself. a. Make sure you have a photo saved on your computer. b. Click browse and select desired photo. c. Click upload. Step 7 Upload your contacts Step 7 Upload your contacts From your Participant Center, click address book. 1. Upload contacts from Google, Yahoo, AOL, etc. a. Click import other address book b. Click add from my address book c. Choose your provider d. Enter address and password e. This will allow you to (automatically) upload your contacts. 2. OR Import a.csv file (see step 8) 3. Add Contacts individually Step 8 Import a.csv file If your contacts aren t in Google, Yahoo, etc., click import.csv file. 1. Choose the file format depending on where you are uploading from. 2. Format file: 3 columns in excel titled first last and and save as a.csv file. 3. Save.csv to your computer 4. Click browse 5. Choose file 6. Click Upload Now

Step 9 Send e-mails Send e-mails to your friends, family, and colleagues requesting donations or for them to join your team.

The more you share, the more people will understand why you participate and be inclined to help!

Sample fundraising letters are available that you can edit to include your personal story. The more you share, the more people will understand why you participate and be inclined to help! Step 10 Editing templates Once you ve selected a letter (Step 9). 1. Select your contacts in yellow box. 2. Choose one of three letterheads 3. Edit subject line 4. Personalize template to include personal story of why you walk 5. Preview your 6. Save for later 7. Send! Step 11 Follow-ups This function allows you to view all of your contacts: 1. s sent a. # of s and date sent 2. s opened a. # opened and date opened 3. Page visits a. # of times and date visited 4. Donations a. Amount and date made 5. To-do: a. Blue flag = send follow-up b. Red flag = send thank you 6. Download and print this complete list.

Date of donation 5. You can download and print this information. Step 13 Team Progress (Skip Step if not a Team Captain ) 1. Edit team name, company, team type, and update your team s fundraising goal 2. Upload a team photo 3. Change team description to include personalized text. Share why you ve put together a team and encourage people to join your team or make a donation on your team s behalf. Step 14 Team progress (donations) Under Team Progress, you ll also be able to: 1. Track # of team gifts made online and offline 2. Track amount raised online and offline 3. View thermometer with team goal and percent raised 4. Graph with fundraising progress 5. Team roster with list of teammates name, , # of gifts they have raised and the total amount raised by that teammate 6. Option to download and/or print team roster 7. Option to send team
