3 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING THE TIME OF ADMISSION Online Payment Receipt. Original and Photocopy of student Aadhaar Card. Original and Photocopy of Authentic Certificate showing Date of Birth of child. Original and Photo Copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST candidate). One passport size photograph of the family - mother, father and child together (only those who did not submit with application form). One passport size photograph of child (Single). Original TC (If coming from other school). Note: On the date of admission both the parents should be present to put signature on the admission form. If for some reason one parent is not available kindly intimate the school management. Measurement for the school uniform will be taken on the admission date. 5 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEES PAYMENT THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL SELECTED STUDENTS The online fee payment window will start from 12 Noon, 10 th November All the selected students are requested to deposit their admission fee online through EASYPAY portal option available on our website using temporary UID (Form Number) provided in application form. Last date for payment is 13 th November 2018 till 11:59 PM. To pay the fees please follow the steps below: Go to the link Click on Pay Fee. Now you will be automatically redirected to another website. Click on Click Here To Pay School Fee Online

6 Now you will be redirected to EASYPAY website of Axis Bank. Enter your temporary UNIQUE ID (UNIQUE ID is your application form number) and select Payment Month as (New Admission ). E.g.: 1001 Click on Validate. Once you click on validate you will be taken to another page where name of the student, temporary unique id, class & the details of fees will be displayed. Enter your mobile number and verify the code. Please ensure that the Unique ID, name of the student and class are correct. Once satisfied that the details are correct click on the Submit button. An URN number will be generated. Please save it for future use. In case of any problem we can retrieve details from URN number. Accept terms and conditions.

7 The payment gateway will give you options of selecting payment mode through Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking. You have to select the mode and further enter details and make the payment. Once payment is made a receipt will be generated. Take print out of the receipt.
