3 1. About plugin Time is a treasure! Stop waisting time on using several tools at a time, ToDo List plugin is here to help you with the incoming task, contacts with customer. No need for multiple programs anymore! ToDo List is coming to your Admin Panel! With this simple nopcommerce plugin you are able to create projects, tasks, assign them to staff and receive notifications! Manage, prioritize and save your time from now! 2. How to install In zip file you will find catalog: Unzipped catalog please copy to [your nopcommerce website directory]\plugins. After that, log in to your admin panel and go to [Configuration/Plugins/Local Plugins] and click [Reload list of plugins] NOP4YOU.COM 3

4 Click install, it will take short while After installing plugin, please do not forget to enable it (as well as configure settings). To enable widget, please go to [Configuration/Widgets] 3. Configuration Go to [nop4you / To Do List Manager / Configuration] and configure plugin, you can specify four checkboxes. Send when task is created if you check this box plugin will automatically send s to the staff when the new task will be created. Allow staff to edit tasks If you check this box staff will be able to edit Allow staff to delete tasks If you check this box staff will be able to delete tasks. Allow staff to delete comments if you check this box staff will be able to delete comments added to tasks NOP4YOU.COM 4

5 4. Manage Projects a. Searching You are able to search projects by: - Start/End Date - Name - Status - Priority - Staff - Project ID NOP4YOU.COM 5

6 b. Adding and Editing Projects Projects main elements of To Do List. To them you are able to assign tasks, staffs. To create Project please fill this fields: Name enter name of project Start/End Date Specify time period for this project Status Choose status of project Staff Assign staff to this project Priority Choose priority of project Description You can add description of project if necessary Attachment You can upload files to this project if necessary NOP4YOU.COM 6

7 5. Managing Tasks a. Searching You can filter your tasks by: - Start/End Date - Name - Task Number - Status - Priority - Staff - Task Type - Tags NOP4YOU.COM 7

Adding and editing tasks To create task you need to fill this fields: Name Enter the name of task Start/End Date Specify time period for this task Status Choose status of task Staff Assign staff to this task Priority Choose priority of task Description if necessary add description of task Private task If you check this box, this task will be private for you or for assigned staff Assign to project You can choose to which project this task should be assigned Task Type Choose task type Customer Enter customer to which this task should be assigned Product Choose product to which this task should be assigned Tags Enter tags for this task Attachment If necessary you can upload files to this task In the second tab you are able to add comments to this task. 9 6. Managing staff, status, priorities, task types a. Manage Staff To create staff you need to go to [nop4you / To Do List Manager / Manage Staff]. To create new staff please click Add new record button. Enter staff (please note it must be registered customer). Also important is to create a Customer Role, for example called Staff, which will have access to To Do List plugin. If you add administrator with full rights, he will see each project, task, configuration and edit it. You can create customer role as shown below (On the left side of ACL Administrator has full rights in plugin, on the right I ve created role called Staff and grant rights only to Projects and Tasks section): Please note that rule Plugin To do Dictionary is responsible for creating staff, priority, status options. So if you add this rule to your staff, he will be able to modify it. If you want have control on it please leave it unchecked. b. Managing Status We created for you three status of tasks and projects Open, Processing and Close. If you want to add more just click Add new record button on the top of table and Enter name, define color of it (just enter name of bootstrap color, for example yellow, red, blue, green), check Notification button (if you want to receive notification about incoming tasks, shown on screen below) and enter display order. 10 All of task which will have status with notification set on true will appear in the Bell in the top of screen. You can directly go to task by clicking its name or view all your tasks. c. Managing Priorities We created for you three priorities of tasks and projects Low, Medium and High. If you want to add more just click Add new record button on the top of table and Enter name, define icon color of this priority and display order. d. Managing Task Types We created for you four types of task. You can create own by clicking Add new record button on the top of the table. You need to enter Name of type, specify icon for it (use fontawesome classes for them) and specify display order. NOP4YOU.COM 10
