3 1. Overview Customer service is the most important part of each online store. You have to receive message from customers, answer them and solve their problem. It can be confusing and chaotic. As a solution coming our Contact form plugin. Perfect customer support / ticket system. Efficient tracking. Multiple Departments. 2. How to install Plugin should be installed before use. o o Unzip downloaded zip folder. Copy Widgets.Tickets directory to [your nopcommerce website directory]\plugins. In admin panel go to Configuration -> Plugins a) Click Reload list of plugins ; b) Install Plugin; 3

4 3. Configuration a. General Settings First, I would recommend to enable it. Go to Configuration -> Widgets and find Ticket System on list. By clicking Edit button, you may enable it. Next you need to configure it. Important! To create contact forms you need tick option, save and restart application! 4

5 If you want to allow your customers create tickets, you will need to check (you may choose, or check both): You may set if your customers be able to create ticket directly from order, product. You may also check option (1 on screen above) so every contact us mail will be sent as a ticket. In version 3.80 plugin allow to close ticket by customer (example: if customer manage to resolve own issue), you may also set minimum time between tickets to avoid spam. To control which messages are sent, you will need to visit Notification tab and check settings you want. 5

6 To edit content of messages, you need to choose message from Message Template. More info is given in point Ticket Message Templates 6

7 b. Departments and staff To get better control, you may sort messages and/or ticket by grouping it according to departments. You may use staff assignment as well. To add Departments just follow Nop4you/Tickets System/Departments Simply add new record to the list. You may set store or account. 7

8 To add Staff just follow Nop4you/Tickets System/Staff Add new record, you may also specify department mail, or personal mail to send notification and give ability to answer directly by . 8

9 c. Ticket Message Templates Go to Nop4you/Tickets System/Message Template. You will find all messages which are sent to staff or your customers. You may edit it just like system messages. On edit page, you can find full list of allowed tokens, to give you a way to fully customize your messages. Important notice! If you would like to add own fields to contact form or to tickets, you will need to add token, which will display custom values - %Ticket.AttributeTXT% 4. Example Customer bought a thing, he is able to create ticket from details of his order: 9

10 After sending ticket, he will be able to view it by My account/my tickets System sending info (which you may looked at System/Message Queue 10

11 First mail is send to customer`s address, second one directed to sales department mail address as sales was chosen. Store owner is able to view list of created tickets by Nop4you/Tickets System/Tickets On that list, is visible status of ticket, customer, department, store, subject, create date, and edit button, to open ticket and made action like: - Change status, - Change department - Change priority - Change staff - Type response 11

12 Please note, if customer is register, his mail will be lined, and you are able to see his data. If ticket is associate with order, also order will be linked to order details. If ticket is associate with product, then product will be linked to this ticket. 5. Multiform a. Multiform setup To create multiple forms, go to Nop4you/Tickets System/Form Templates. Here you can add prepare templates (as a file) and set user friendly name. Files go to: At this folder you will find default template, which you can use as a base, to create new view of your contact form. Next, lets create new form, and add it to new location. Go to Nop4you/Tickets System/My Forms and click Add new. 12

13 First, name of your form. Next, choose widget zone in which your custom form should be placed. You may also set response message to customer, and template which you want use to show your final customer. As well, you may also set department and priority to this form. As a final customization, you can use own styles. Idea of using widget zone is possibility to completely control where to placed forms on the page. If you want on every page that use OneColumn, you can simply add widget zone to that file. In my example, I just need one extra form to use only on home page. To do it, I just copy to my default theme folder Home from standard View folder. Open Index.cshtml and Now, we can add new form at the admin panel. Just fill it like this: 13

14 And result of it will be just a simple form with just one field (which is obligatory for every form): How custom css works? Simply add to css form:.form-fields { background-color: red } 14

15 And it result: Now, let`s add some fields to our new custom contact form. Opens new form to add attributes: And one more: 15

16 And it result: b. Own fields in ticket (3.80) If you would like to modify standard ticket view by adding some extra forms, you may do it! 16

17 Standard ticket form looks like: To add extra field go to 17

18 And add new field by clicking Add button. It would open new form: You may specify here, to which form you want assign new field. Localization option will allow to assign field to specific form. - All form to all existing forms on the store - Ticket Form only to ticket form - Contact Form only to contact form - Order Form only to form created from order - Product form only to form created from product. In this case, I chosen Ticket Form, and will need to add some values (chosen drop-down list type). I added two options Now, let`s go back to customer`s account, and refresh New Ticket page. 18

19 This way you will be able to add to any required form custom values. Just remember to add token to message templates to show custom field to your customer`s mail. By default, admin ticket list (at admin panel) it`s showing all fields. 19
