4 1 Introduction The IntesisHome notification feature can be used to receive important status notifications from your AC and IntesisHome system directly to your account. These notifications include AC system error statuses and recoveries from these errors too. 2 What you need In order to use IntesisHome notification system you need, at least, the following: IntesisHome account. IntesisHome device registered. 3 Configuration In order to start using our notification system you need to install the device, register it and own a user account. Next, there is a step by step guide to guide you through the configuration process of the notification system to start working. 3.1 Select the notification type Go to and enter with your username or and password. Once there, please visit the Notification part in the configuration section. Use the slider to select the type of notifications you want to be informed about. Notification types: Send AC error A notification will be sent when there is an error in the AC system. Send AC error recovery A notification will be sent when the AC unit recovers after an AC system error.! Note: This selection applies for all the recipients. You can t select different notification types for each recipient. /contact 3 / 6

5 3.2 Add recipients After selecting the type of notifications that you want to receive, you need to set up the account(s) where you want to receive this notifications. In order to create the first account, please press the Add recipient button.! Note: A maximum of 5 different recipients can be added. When you click on that button, a pop-up message will appear asking you for the introduction of the address where you want to send those notifications. Once the has been introduced, our system will send a subscription request to the recipient asking for confirmation. Before the subscription has been accepted, the status shown will be to be confirmed. /contact 4 / 6

6 Once the request has been confirmed by the recipient it will change into Active. When a recipient is active you can: Delete Pressing this button you will erase the current contact from the list of recipients. Disable Pressing this button you will stop sending notifications to the current account. This can be enabled again pressing the enable button. The status shown then will be paused. Enable Pressing this button you will start sending again notifications to the current account. This can be disabled again pressing the disable button. The status shown then will be active. /contact 5 / 6

7 4 FAQ 4.1 Subscription request not received. If the subscription is not received, please: Check the junk or trash folder of the recipient s account. Check the account you introduced and make sure that there is no mistake in the e- mail address. Erase the recipient from the list pressing the delete button and create it again. 4.2 Can t add more recipients Our system supports up to 5 simultaneous recipients registered. If you already have 5 recipients in the list you will not be able to add a 6 th one. If you have less than 5 recipients, but still can t add a new recipient, please contact us indicating your username. 4.3 Errors present in the system, but no notification has been received. We would suggest to: Check the junk or trash folder of the recipient s account. Check that the error has been present for more than 5 minutes. Wait at least 5 minutes since you see the error in the AC system or the IntesisHome application before expecting an notification to reach your account. /contact 6 / 6
