1 COMPETITION RULES Open Perfection ARTICLE 1: Competition organiser Champagne Bollinger S.A., a company with share capital of 4,480,000 Euros, registered under the number with the RCS in Reims, having its registered offices located 16 rue Jules Lobet B.P Aÿ (hereinafter referred to as the Organising Company ) is organising a competition entitled Open Perfection to take place from 19 November :00 (Paris time) to 14 December :59 (Paris time) inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the Competition ) on the website ARTICLE 2: The participants This free-of-charge, no-purchase-required competition is open to all adult natural persons anywhere in the world, except for the staff members of the Organising Company or any other company that took part or was involved in designing, organising and running the Competition, as well as the members of their families. One single participation per household (same name, same address, same ). The Organising Company reserves the right to check that the winner meets the conditions stipulated above.

2 In particular, the winner will be bound to prove they were an adult in their country on the participation date. If not their participation in the Competition will be cancelled and another winner chosen. ARTICLE 3: Announcement of the Competition and access This Competition is available on the Bollinger site at the following address: This competition can also be accessed via the brand s Facebook and Instagram social networks: ARTICLE 4: How to take part All that is required to take part in the Competition is to: - comply with all these rules, (hereinafter referred to as the Rules); - be an adult over the age of majority; - log on to the site: - click on the key the competition, take part or on the menu entry The competition - play, in other words find the bottle of Bollinger Special Cuvée, - fill out the registration form indicating full address details (surname, forename, date of birth, , address, country); - accept the rules of the competition by checking the box and clicking on the Validate.

3 The draw will take place among participants who have provided the correct answer within seven (7) days following the end of the Competition. Winners will be chosen by the draw and will be informed by the Organising Company within ten (10) days following the date of the draw, i.e. 17 (seventeen) days following the end of the Competition at the address indicated on the form. Any participation that features an anomaly (incorrect or incomplete address details, person under 18, etc.) will not be taken into account. The Organising Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the rules of the Competition if fraud were to be found. ARTICLE 5: Prizes The prizes available are: 6 (six) 750 ml bottles of Special Cuvée in limited-edition gift pack, worth 280, for participants who declare that they live outside France. The five (5) winners must reply to the received to confirm their acceptance of the prize within a period of ten (10) days. Winners may not claim their prizes if they do not reply within this period. Any prize not confirmed by the recipient or refused or returned by them, shall return to the Organising Company, who may then freely dispose of the prize in question. The Organising Company may put the prize back into the Competition. In no case may the prize be exchanged for its monetary value in cash or replaced by other prizes. However, if circumstances so require, the Organising Company reserves the right to replace one of the prizes announced by a prize of equivalent or lesser value. The Organising Company shall not be held liable as a result of this. The Organising Company shall not be held liable for any external element (weather, technical or other problem) that prevents the operation and results in it being cancelled. Without prejudice to any legal proceedings and its right to terminate the participant's involvement, the Organising Company shall not be obliged to forward any prize to a winner if this winner has not provided accurate address details when signing up for the Competition or if he or she has clearly managed to falsify the result of the Competition by any means whatsoever or if he or she has not complied with these rules.

4 For participants who declared that they live in France, this prize is replaced by A private tour of Champagne Bollinger for participants, worth 280. Return transport to the Bollinger site, accommodation and meals on site are not included. ARTICLE 6: Expenses Travel expenses incurred with respect to the prizes will be at the expense of participants. ARTICLE 7: Liability The Organising Company shall in no case be held liable for any malfunctioning in the participation mode of the Competition linked to the very nature of the Internet. In these cases, participants may not claim anything whatsoever in exchange. Participation on the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring information. The Organising Company shall in no case be held liable for the absence of protection of certain data against possible theft and the risks of contamination by any viruses on the network. The Organising Company shall not be held liable for any incident or accident occurring when spending the prize. The Organising Company may under no circumstances be held liable if, due to Force Majeure events or events beyond its control, it has to cancel the Competition, curtail it, extend it, adjourn it or modify the conditions which apply to it. In any case, it reserves the right to extend, adjourn or reduce the participation period. ARTICLE 8: Rules Participation in this Competition implies full and total acceptance of these rules.

5 The rules can be consulted and printed out at any time on the website open-perfection.champagne-bollinger.com and may be obtained upon written request sent to the address of the Organising Company at the top of this document. Any practical difficulties in interpreting or applying these rules shall be decided sovereignly by the Organising Company whose decision shall immediately be final. ARTICLE 9: Personal data The personal information collected on participants will be used by the Organising Company for operations linked to the Competition and to inform participants of new products and offers from the Organising Company that are likely to be of interest to them, unless participants specifically oppose such usage of their personal information, and to the exclusion of any other use, in particular by third parties to whom they could have been loaned, leased or sold. The personal information collected will be processed exclusively by the personnel and employees of the Organising Company and the employees of its service providers. Any service provider it uses will comply with the obligations relating to data protection, will process the personal information exclusively in compliance with the documented instructions provided by the Organising Company and will not use such data for its own purposes. The personal information collected will be stored for as long as required by the purposes for which it was collected. To oppose any usage of the personal information collected, the participant must send either a letter to the Organising Company at the address indicated in article 1 above, or an to the address contact@champagne-bollinger.fr In accordance with the French personal data protection Act ( Informatique et Libertés ) of 6 January 1978, such as amended, each participant is entitled to access, consult, rectify and delete personal information concerning him or her by sending a simple written request to the Organising Company, either in a written letter at the address indicated in article 1 above, or an to the address contact@champagne-bollinger.fr

6 ARTICLE 10: Authorisation from the winner The winners of the Competition authorise the Organising Company to use and distribute his or her surname and forename on any media, for a duration of six (6) months following the end date of the Competition, for any communications concerning the Competition, without this use entitling the winner to any payment or any other benefit whatsoever. ARTICLE 11: Disputes The Competition and Rules are governed by French law. Any litigation concerning the scope, existence, validity, interpretation and application of the Rules will be settled amicably between the parties or if this is not possible by the competent courts. ENJOY RESPONSIBLY
