This second complaint against Simon-Daniel Kipman, after I concerns the two last days and the difficulties met during them. It seems that both the doctors Kipman and Malarewicz were arrested yesterday. Page 2 of 6

3 I recall I already filed a huge number of IC3 complaints, all related to the harassment Bill Gates and I face, since different moments but the origin is for both a professional event June 12, 1990, in Acquaboulevard, Paris. It is difficult for me to communicate the way things happen on my computer. What helped me these last days is that I asked for receipts of the mails sent, and I never did so in the past. It permitted me to evaluate that no doubt existed outside concerning the reality of my situation, even if I have the certainty I shall discover many things I cannot imagine, once this period of time shall end, as my sisters face such blackmails that all the false allegations possible may have been done to prove me impossible. I would never have imagined that at a moment I wondered what could be done, after I sent s to persons highly qualified, whom I thought had all the required means to act with efficiency, suddenly everything appearing lost, the solution would come from my sisters, in relation with the blackmails they faced. It means that they were at the center of the situation. In fact, as Bill Gates faced one more abusive police custody, my verification concerning the evolution went wrong. The persons I identified as active seemed to have renounced, and no change appeared plausible. In such a case, I verify if I can do something. If it seems so, what and I search precisions. I, then, transfered this more widely to the french representatives to let them know that the threat was real. I received numerous receipts, and the signs on my computer indicated that reactions existed. It seems that both Kipman and Malarewicz were known for their involvement, but that only my sisters knew how far they could go, that until yesterday, it was ignore by the representatives. They seem to have been the two persons responsible for the nuclear threats, as in America it is Stanley Fisher. What sounds very curious to me is that I believe that finally many reactions existed, what is much than different from the way things occurred until now. I observed no reaction, never, no change. Yesterday, and I imagine I shall see in the days to come if it was real, it seemed that a huge involvement existed, as well in America as in France. The fact is that I can now name the persons active, and that it is much than shocking. I recall that the doctor Jacques Couvreur, who was known and highly respected, told me that Kipman had no equivalent in Paris. He was behind 9/11, behind the MH370, behind dropped, the germanwings crash, both so called terrorist attacks in Paris. I wonder how the situation will evolve in the days to come, as I followed the tests done, and for example, when it seemed that a problem existed, I verified if I could something, and then what. I proposed for example an at a moment of tension, and once confirmed, I wondered on the subject, proposed reincarnation, what was confirmed, too. I wrote it, and received quite a number of receipts. Then on MH370, I wrote that the plane was a signing from the divine. I titled my Divine malice. I had receipts. The next step concerns the MH370. It is a confirmation that the two doctors acted at a nuclear level, as two nuclear false flags were planned. I wonder if they acted already as criminals when Bill Gates contacted the doctor Kipman or if they developped a criminal reaction when they faced the recognition of one of the most known men in the world for a non jewish woman. As soon as they are asked to send me not read receipts, they have all these mails to use. Furthermore, it seems that my s are deliberately kept to be used as a language to communicate with me. When I act in a way which is not appreciated, the same person can send me not read receipts of all the mails I sent her since quite a time. Blackmails seem to be used at every level. For example, I now search a lawyer for my appeal against the decision of the Colmar court of appeal which refused to examin the appeal I lodged, did not even accept to indicate the real name of my parents, and asked me to write a letter to ask for the change, when I phoned April, 5, once received its decision. It did so, and at the same time, as I asked the conditions to appeal, it did not give me the delay. Had I asked, as told, for the decision with the real name of my parents, the delay would have ended. Yesterday, I received an answer from a lawyer which was false, and perceived he had been asked to send it to me. Later in the day, when I opened my computer, the file of a complement I sent to the prosecutor to the complaint I filed in France against the doctor Kipman, April 22, appeared on the screen, what it was not when I closed my computer. He seems to blackmail my sister lawyer, to try to obtain that she complains against me. The huge difficulty I have is that not a single word is pronounced, and two opposite connections are active. Furthermore, all what I do is observed in real time. As soon as I have a phone call which could lead to a change, I receive not read receipts in quantity. To compare the moment I had the phone call and the moment receipts are sent confirm this constant observation which leads me to mistakes, as two opposite sides exist. Yesterday, I had what did not occur so much anymore, the green lign which indicates that the file is registered, and at the same time, a completely black screen. I answered on it, copied to french authorities, Microsoft-s legal team, Tom Enders, and exposed that a file with s addresses of aviation professionals was opened as I opened my computer, and that if a crash occurred, it would wear the signing of both the doctors Kipman and Malarewicz.
