1 Signature Cruise Booking Engine powered by SabreCruises Password Set-Up Instructions Updated July 17, 2009 Upon first receiving your login information from Signature for the new cruise booking engine, you will be required to register with SabreCruises via the registration link provided below. The first password issued to you with your Sabre Sign-In (SI) is a Temporary Password valid for ONLY one use. The temporary password enables you to access the system and create a permanent password. For security reasons, the permanent password must be changed every 90 days. Please register with Sabre by following the detailed steps below. Step 1: Go to Once at enter your Sabre Sign In in the Sabre Agent ID field, your Temporary Password in the Password field and your Sabre PCC in the Sabre PCC field. Then click Submit to proceed.

2 Step 2: Setting Up Your Password This step can be a bit confusing. Please follow instructions exactly as listed below. Please disregard the verbiage at the top of the page advising that your password is expired. As mentioned at the beginning of this document, temporary passwords are only to be used to create your real password. They are pre-expired. Note: Your new password must be 7-8 characters in length and contain at least one numeric character and one alpha character. It cannot contain the letters Q or Z. You cannot repeat one character more than two times (ex. AA is allowed, AAA is not allowed). You cannot use banned or proper names/words (ex. DALLAS or FROG are not acceptable). You cannot reuse your last four passwords. Once your password is set, you will be required to change your password at least every 90 days. 1. Re-enter your Sabre Sign In in the Sabre Agent ID field. 2. Re-enter your Temporary (Expired) password in the Password field. 3. In the field provided, you will need to enter your NEW PASSWORD and then enter it again your new password again in the Confirm Password field in order to make the change. 4. Re-enter your Sabre PCC in the field provided. 5. Click the Submit button.

3 Step 3: Select/Answer Two Security Questions Note: you may see a page slightly different than the one above, however you will still need to select two security questions to proceed in the password registration process. 1. For security purposes, you must select a question from each drop down menu and list the answer in the field provided for each question. 2. Enter your address and confirm it. 3. Click the Save Answers button. Once you have chosen your Security Questions you will be able to re-set your password at any time. This will be especially important as you MUST change your permanent password every 90 days. Note: The first time you register your credentials, you will also need to complete one more step involving updating your name, agency name, phone number and address.

4 Step 4: Updating Your Signature Profile 1. Go to login using your SIGNATURE username and password. 2. Click on Agency Tools in the top black menu bar. 3. Locate your name in the agent list for your agency and click EDIT next to your name. 4. Scroll down to the Sabre Sign In (SI), Sabre Password and Sabre PCC fields. 5. Enter your Sign In (SI), your NEW password and your Sabre PCC. 6. Scroll to the bottom and click UPDATE USER to confirm your changes.

5 Step 5: Resetting Your Password Every 90-Days For your security, Sabre requires that you change your password every 90 days. You will need to repeat the steps listed within this document to reset your password. The only difference is that when prompted to enter your Password you will enter the last valid password that you created and set. And when prompted to enter your New Password, you will create a new 7-8 digit alpha-numeric password. Please bear in mind that there are restrictions on using proper names and certain letters. Once you have reset your password with Sabre, you must update your Agent Profile on the Signature Intranet as well otherwise the booking engine will no longer work. Cookies Should you get a message advising that access to the website requires that cookies be passed through, you will need to follow the steps listed here to properly set your cookies. Close all windows and applications; go to Start menu -> Control Panel -> Internet Options 1. Under General tab > Browsing History/Settings, set "every time I visit webpage" under "check for new versions of stored pages" 2. Under Privacy tab -> Sites, insert for managed websites to "allow": leisuretravelgroup.com; signaturetravelnetwork.com; sigtn.com; microsoft.com 3. Privacy tab, ensure Pop-up blocker off; under " Advanced" override auto-cookie handling, accept first-party, third-party and always allows session cookies 4. Delete cookies then restart computer, retry Sabre application
