3 Apparel Information: Size, Color and Other Questions 1. Q: Where can I find a chart of t-shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants sizes? Answer: Each item has a size chart attached to it. All sizes are unisix unless stated otherwise. Please check women s sizes as they will sometimes run smaller. 2. Q: Where can I find a color chart that shows vinyl, rhinestone, and apparel colors? Answer: An image will be attached to each item showing all offered color variations.. 3. Q: Will the apparel shrink are is it true to size? Answer: Yes. It will shrink some. We sell only premium quality apparel. The majority of our items are not preshrunk so they will shrink a little. Many of our items are made with combed ringspun cotton. This means that the fibers are spun before the garment is fabricated which makes the fabric generally more durable and softer. Many of our t-shirts use Unisex Sizing and sweatpants use Men s sizing (unless specifically stated). We highly recommend measuring and reviewing the size chart. That way there won t be any surprises. If you don't get the correct size, we will always exchange it with no problems at all. We just ask that the apparel is not customized, is unwashed, unworn (except for trying it on) and deodorant free. 4. Q: Why isn t glitter vinyl available on all sweatshirts and sweatpants? Answer: In our product testing, we have found that large designs on cotton sweatshirts and sweatpants tend to pill when glitter vinyl is used. It happens through normal wear, rubbing your arms across the front of the design as well as during a wash cycle. We want to sell you apparel that will last many washes and still look great. Polyester has proven to hold up very well with glitter vinyl. Returns and Exchanges
4 5. Q: What is your return policy? Answer: We will be more than happy to exchange or refund your entire order within 30 days of purchase. The only stipulations are that the items are not customized, are unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and deodorant free. There are instructions for returns shipped out in every package. Just follow the simple process. Please allow 2 weeks for the exchange. You will receive an once we have received your t-shirt back in the mail. Refunds are made within 2 business days of receiving your item back to us. Please note that your credit card company or banking institution may take up to an additional 7-10 business days before the refund shows up on your credit card statement. 6. Q: Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size or even a different t-shirt? Answer: No problem. The only stipulations are that the items are not customized, are unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and deodorant free. All orders are supplied with a Delivery Confirmation Number which will be ed to you when your order ships (to the address you provide when you placed your order). If you did not receive your tracking info, please contact us with your name and order number. 16. Q: What are your shipping policies? Answer: The majority of our orders ship within 2-5 business days. If you need to exchange it, just follow the instructions on the return form inserted with your order and we will exchange your item for you. We take care of the postage to ship your item BACK to you once we have received it. Sorry, we do not offer free returns, just free shipping back to you on an exchange. If it is our mistake, we cover all costs.

Answer: No. At this time we only offer shipments within the United States. 20. Q: Do you offer FREE shipping? Answer: We offer FREE USPS ground shipping on orders over $75. Our shipping charges are determined by the USPS. Also, we offer free delivery to businesses with group orders over $150 and to schools that we partner with. 21. Q: How long before my order ships? Answer: We want your apparel to arrive as soon as possible, therefore we try to get your items in the mail within 2-5 business days (unless we note on our website that we will be closed). 22. Q: How long until my order arrives? Answer: USPS First Class Shipping 5-7 business days delivery time once shipped.

However, the apparel cannot be customized, worn (except for trying it on), or washed. The sheet you receive with your order will come with complete instructions on what to do. We cannot guarantee shipping times. We can only guarantee that we will get your order out in a timely manner. Once it is in the possession of the post office, we cannot guarantee the shipping times.

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to print any text that you submit including text we determine is inappropriate. However, we are not obligated to review any of your submissions.
