1 LIBERTY JUMP TEAM OPERATION OVERLORD TH ANNIVERSARY COMMEMORATIVE SHIRTS (REVISED) The Liberty Jump Team is pleased to announce that we are once again offering commemorative shirts for our return to Normandy to participate in this year s historic 75 th Anniversary celebrations. During the 70 th Anniversary we found that distinctive commemorative shirts proved very popular and provided a special way for LJT Team members to bond and find each other quickly while visiting commemoration activities and locations. Once again, in addition to T-shirts, we are making warmer clothing available as Normandy does get chilly even during the summer months. All surplus funds collected during this shirt sale will be returned to the Team treasury to support Team activities. During our 2014 commemorative shirt sale we sold over 150 units. The excess funds that we collected allowed us to purchase additional shirts to provide as gifts and still return $500 to the Team treasury. Based upon the lessons learned in 2014 we hope to simplify the order process by providing a standardized fillable PDF order form that may be downloaded, filled in, and returned to a special account that we have established. Payments will be accepted through a PayPal account that will be linked to the order address. Hopefully, this will prevent orders from being misplaced or misunderstood. There will be three ways to receive the shirts that you order: - You may elect to pick up your order at the LJT Spring Training event in Dennison, Texas at the end of March. If you elect to do so your order must be received NO LATER THAN 15 MARCH. - EUROPEAN MEMBERS ONLY. If you reside in Europe you may pick up your order from Jil Launay upon your arrival in Normandy. Jil has once again graciously offered to transport European orders to Europe in order to simplify the process and save shipping costs for our European members. - You may elect to have your entire order mailed to you. This option is only available if you have a US or Canada mailing address. To simplify the process, we have established a fixed shipping cost of $10.00 regardless of the size of your shirt order, as we have found that the large majority of members typically order more than one shirt. Your order will be shipped to you by USPS Priority Mail.

2 THE SHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS YEAR. All the options use high quality Gildan products and are offered in five unisex sizes (S-XXL). These are the most popular sizes, and the only ones that will be made available. Here is a cross referenced size table:

4 Gildan Performance T-shirt, crewneck. This shirt is a lighter weight 100% polyester shirt (model 42000) known for its quick wicking of sweat. $20.00 Each

YOU MUST ANNOTATE IN YOUR ORDER THAT YOU WISH TO SUBSTITUTE THE 50/50 BLEND SHIRT AND WHAT COLOR GRAPHICS (WHITE OR BLACK).

7 ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS PROCESS WORK BY FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY We have created a standardized fillable PDF order form to track shirt orders. Hopefully, there aren t any errors built into the form and it should be quick and simple to use. Payments for orders will be through PayPal. - Open the PDF order form (the order form file is Shirt FORM.PDF) and fill in the applicable order information. o Double check your order preferences and your addition on costs to make sure they are correct. - Save the completed PDF order form to your computer using the Save As option. o Edit the name of the form by adding your last name to the file name. If you have a common last name add your first initial (For example: Shirt FORM SmithA.PDF) This will make it easier to track the order forms and ensure that your order is put together correctly. - Save a copy of the order form on your computer for future reference and the edited PDF order form to ljtnormandy@gmail.com. You should receive an automatic reply from ljtnormandy@gmail.com saying that your has been received. If you do not see a reply to your check your SPAM BLOCKER and see if it is there. Add the ljtnormandy@gmail.com address to your contacts list to ensure that we have contact with you in the event we have an issue with your order.

8 -Make sure you have edited the form name (by adding your last name) before sending. - HOW TO USE PAYPAL. Go to PayPal (US only, European members likely have a different PayPal login address), and send your PayPal payment to the shirt order account ljtnormandy@gmail.com that is also linked to PayPal to accept payments. All payments need to be made in US dollars (so let PayPal make any currency conversions). o If you don t have a PayPal account it is free and simple to establish one. You can link a credit card to your PayPal account for payment, however PayPal will charge you an additional fee for using a credit card to pay. Your best (free) option is to link PayPal to a bank account and transfer funds from there. o Do not worry about PayPal transaction fees, they are covered in the price of your shirts (as long as you don t pay with a credit card). o When sending your payment to Payal ljtnormandy@gmail.com USE THE PAYING FOR AN ITEM OR SERVICE option, not the friend option. If we get too many friend transfer s PayPal will likely flag and lock the account delaying orders and delivery. Therefore, use the paying for an item or service option. o PayPal may ask you to confirm the recipient. Recipient is PAUL WIDA and country is USA. He is handling all the shirt orders for the Team. o AFTER MAKING YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT PLEASE GO BACK INTO PAYPAL AND HAVE YOUR FUNDS RELEASED. PayPal has a restriction on new accounts that holds your funds for 21 days if you don t authorize their release. We need to have your funds released immediately in order to pay for the printer for the shirts. Follow these instructions to release your funds: Log in to your PayPal account. Click Activity.

9 Find and click the original payment for the item. Click Confirm Receipt. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
