2 ALCC REGISTRATION PROCEDURES NEW APPLICANT 1. Applicant is required to obtain, fill-out and return a Questionnaire (obtainable from the Finance Office). 2. Have a recognized and accessible office facility for Technical and Administrative Staffers, fitted with the appropriate office furniture & equipment dedicated for the company s use. 3. Provide listing of available equipment. Indicating either owned or can be leased and from what source. 4. Submit up-to-date copies of legal documents for operating a business entity in the Republic of Liberia, such as the Articles of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate from the Liberia Business Registry. 5. To demonstrate the capability and capacity to perform, key functionaries of the proposed entity should include a registered Engineer or Architect withtheengineeringsociety OF LIBERIA and LIBERIA INSTITUTE ARCHITECTS or Qualified Person with a proven performance record of over ten (10) years relevant to the proposed company s chosen specialty. IN THE CASE OF A FOREIGN FIRM THE TECHNICAL STAFF SHOULD INCLUDE A LIBERIAN ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT. 6. Also list the firm s administrative staff and skilled workers. Attach CVs of Engineer/Architect and Qualified Person together with their recently taken passport size photos. 7. Submit the profile of the President/CEO or General Manager and attach HIS/HER recently taken passport size photo. 8. Return the filled-out Questionnaire form with the above requirements, the Registrar will invite the proprietor with his/her Engineer/Architect for an interview followed by an inspection of the office and construction facilities. 9.
