5 Access new portal at The old B2B Portal will remain active for a limited time for reference to old orders and pricing, but agreements and inventory are not updated. 9 Previous Portal logins will not work New users need to request a login 10 b2bhelp@sprecherschuh.com 5

12 Special Price Agreements Available only for Distributors and S+S Manufacturing Representatives OEM and Direct Customers can request short term pricing and agreement modifications through or contact your sales rep 25 Caution! When requesting a new contract for a new end customer you MUST know that end customer number or request it be created before creating a new contract request. 13 Special Pricing Agreements 28 SPA Dashboard Previously only active agreements were listed Now you can search for any agreement, active or expired Note only agreements active as of 4/3/19 were loaded to new portal 29 13

14 Search for specific agreements by Agreement number Old 5 digit NPA (reference number) Or end customer See all agreements quickly by using your Sold To id in the search box (see P&A Screen) 30 Only Active Contracts were preloaded from the old system (JDE) Valid From and Valid To remains the same 31 b2bhelp@sprecherschuh.com 14

18 Add End Customer(s) Usually the same as on previous page More than one end customer is possible Enter BPID or Search 38 Finding End Customers Search by many fields Global database Not all customers found can be used. Get your connections verified 39 18
