1 Ericsson s Esignature Solution Quick Reference guide for signers Strategic Sourcing

2 Welcome to Ericsson s esignature solution Our solution saves you time and costs from printing Ericsson leverage DocuSign for our supplier agreement esignature process for countries where it is legally applicable. Authorized signers will receive an directly from the DocuSign system when a signature is requested. Then, the signer will have the ability to sign the agreement according to relevant PoA-instruction via a web browser or a mobile device. The signer can also assign to some other authorized signer within their company to sign. The final executed agreement will be sent through the DocuSign system via along with a Certificate of Completion. Should you have any questions or concerns about using DocuSign, do not hesitate to contact your strategic sourcing agreement manager. 5 3 If not ready to sign, select other actions Most common other action will be to assign to someone else If you do not have signing authority for your company, you need to assign to someone that does have authority. Must input a reason if you decline to sign. Ericsson Internal Page 5

6 4 Sign all the documents quickly with tags The system will guide you to all required signatures, initials, etc. 1. Click Start to guide you to pages they require signatures, initials, etc. 3. Correct your name if you want to add middle name or initial. Then, select a signature. Lastly, click Adopt and Sign. 2. Click Sign tag to select signature. If you already created a DocuSign account, it will autopopulate with saved signature. 4. Type in your Title. If you already created a DocuSign account, it will auto-populate. 7 5 click Finish to submit signature Create an account to store documents and save preferences Click Finish if signature and other information is correct If you do not have an account, the system will prompt you to sign up. 8 6 Receive Executed Agreement via After all signatures are complete, you will receive executed agreement and the Certificate of completion Envelopes have a unique ID and are tamper proof Timestamp for signers and approvers This example has someone in the middle of the process approving, so there is not signature Images from all signatures Make it even easier the 2 nd time by creating a DocuSign account to store documents, signature and preferences Ericsson Internal Page 8
