2 Membership Privileges Many* of the local associations that you belong to in our area have decided to pay for Docusign for all of their Realtor members in But it s more than just Docusign, you also get a Cartavi Pro account (now a Docusign company) that gives you cloud storage for your transactions with an efax and lots of cool possibilities. My goal with this class is to show you how you can use these tools to save time and trouble. We will talk about linking everything together and what an ideal transaction could look it using these tools.

4 Why These Tools? Your entire transaction in the cloud paperless? Complete all of your forms in zipform Plus Get them signed electronically with Docusign Store and share them online with controlled access in Cartavi
5 Pesky Forms Paperless to a point. Sellers Disclosure Buyers Financial Information Really want every single form fillable? You can do it with a Docusign template that YOU create Two forms (and possibly more) that YOU do not fill out, and to make these forms fillable on Docusign for your clients will not be fun the form from zipforms and ask your client to scan it and it back OR fax it to your Cartavi efax to jump back into the cloud. If your client does not want to Docusign, you always get everything ink signed and fax the docs to your Cartavi efax. Your entire transaction in the cloud paperless?
6 Getting Started Make the connections to get started working with zipform Plus, Docusign and Cartavi Note to BCAR, MCAR, GPAR and SWRA members: Since CBH did not setup your Docusign or Cartavi accounts, I cannot tell you what your usernames and passwords are check with your local boards! 1. Connect Docusign to zipform Plus 2. Connect Cartavi to Docusign AND 3. Connect Cartavi to zipform Plus Yes, yes I know. Just do it.
7 Connect = Entering Your u/p s in Each Program
8 1. Click on the drop-down under your last name 2. Click on Profile 3. Click on Settings
9 At the top of the Settings Section, you will see E-Signature Options click the radio button in front of Docusign Type in your Docusign and password Click Save (at the top)
10 You will need to create your Cartavi account (Docusign has been created for you). Go to: Click Create an Account Select ANY of the 3 account options Type in your information Under payment information > type in your association promo code Click Apply
11 Click on Settings Click on Docusign Settings Enter your Docusign & password Click on Save Changes
12 You re Not Done! Click on Integrations Type in your zipform Username Type in your zipform Password Click on Save Changes

14 The Ideal Transaction What your transaction could look like using these tools 1. Complete your forms in zipforms 2. REVIEW with your client 3. Begin the e-sign process 4. Store it all with shared access in Cartavi

16 Complete Forms Complete ALL forms in zipform Plus If you need to edit a form after reviewing it with your client, it is easier to make the changes and edits here and then move to Docusign.
17 Using zipform Templates Type Name Select Type(s) OPTIONAL > Click the drop-down at Apply Template Click SAVE
18 Using zipform Templates Selecting the template will build your transaction folder with all of the typical docs. Click on a form in the Form Library (on your right) to add it.
19 Using zipform Templates Click on the document to begin filling it out when you use a template or auto-fill this can go much faster.
20 Review the Forms Signing electronically happens quickly. So quick that you might not have explained your forms before the clients clicks review to sign You might want to consider writing something in your Docusign when you send the forms that mentions reviewing the documents. Note: Clicking Review means they are going to start signing in t-minus 5 seconds.
21 Line 7 in the AOS Please consider what you will do with your 1 st deposit when signing electronically. If you put an amount here and do not get the check to the seller at the time of signing, you are executed, but out of agreement which puts your buyer in jeopardy. 2 nd Deposit 3 Suggestion: Strike out Line 7 Use Line 8 and give yourself 2 or 3 days for the 1 st deposit Use Line 9 if you have a second deposit
22 Review the Forms For those times when you cannot review your forms in person, try zipconsult a web conferencing platform that will allow you to communicate with your clients over the web to review your forms. Click on the green circle with 3 heads to get started Click on Launch Meeting Now
23 Online :) Type in the client s name (first and last) and address. Click Add to add more when you have everyone you need, click on Meet Now.
24 YEY They Want Sign! Click on e-sign inside of your transaction (fountain pen icon)
25 Select the Docs to be Signed Check off the docs you want or click Select All Click Next
26 Add Signer s Find your signers at the bottom in the window that pops up (or use the blue + sign to make it pop up) should be you and your client. Add addresses and click Done. Click Continue to Docusign and (wait a bit)

28 You Made it to Docusign Verify that all of your documents made it over
29 Add Any Extra Documents Add your extra documents here. The steps (all in Docusign once you are transferred over from zipforms): 1. Click on Browse from my Computer 2. Select the document you wish to add 3. Click on Open
30 Verify & Personalize Verify the signers Write a short message Click Next For added security, you can add an access code under Identity in Docusign. Each signer can have different codes, or the same.
31 Add Signature & Initial Tags When you add extra documents to be signed, you will need to tell Docusign WHERE the docs need to be signed and/or initialed. Add initials or extra signatures HERE just drag and drop the little flags. Click Preview and then Send when you are ready!

33 Signature Certificates If the bank asks you for the Docusign Certificate you can access it within your Docusign account. From the Docusign home screen: Click on Manage At the Status drop-down, click on Certificate

35 Once Fully Executed You will get an from Docusign when everyone has signed with all signed documents attached.

39 Cartavi Pro Accounts Part of your Docusign subscription includes a Cartavi Pro Account with 100 gigs of storage. YEY! That is a TON of storage. Cartavi is your document storage in the cloud. Don t be freaked out by the cloud it s really just the internet. Cartavi will let you storage your documents in the cloud securely.
40 Cartavi Transaction Rooms Now the REAL FUN STARTS!!! Set up a Transaction Room in Cartavi to start sharing your transaction with everyone involved. Start by entering the property details and your role even add a property photo and click Create.
41 Cartavi & ID# Locate your Cartavi and efax on the Inbox tab: Each new transaction room you create will be assigned a new transaction ID. Use this tag #12345 in the subject of any to send it to that specific Cartavi transaction room from Docusign, negotiations between agents, information from title, conveyancers, etc.
42 Customize Your Cartavi To see your automatically assigned Cartavi inbound and fax Click on Settings Click on Inbox Details You can CUSTOMIZE your (at least the front half) here. Click SAVE! Note: The and efax are ONLY used to get things INTO Cartavi (nothing else)
43 Forward that to Cartavi Remember that from Docusign with your signed documents? Forward that to your Cartavi transaction room. Add the # and transaction room number to the beginning of your subject line and forward the to your Cartavi inbox. If you did not e-sign, you can fax your ink-signed documents to your Cartavi inbox to add them to your transaction room.
44 Adding Others In Adding the other people to your transaction can be done by clicking on Add or Invite. Use Invite for people that are not already on Cartavi.
