4 How to add a signature line in Gmail Click on the settings icon in the upper right hand corner of your Gmail account inbox page. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

5 Scroll down to the page until you reach the Signature section.

6 Change the selection from No signature the address you ll be sending mail from.

7 Then add a prompt to join your list, with a link to your site. Keep this short no more than two lines at most.

8 Click save at the very bottom of the page, and you re done.
