1 RAYMOND JAMES MARKETPLACE FAQs Ordering Stationery on Marketplace 2017v1

2 IMPORTANT TIPS Be sure that the MyProfile information of the associate for whom you are ordering is completely filled out. The contact information from MyProfile is fed into Marketplace. When in Marketplace, if you have access to more than one division, make sure to select the correct division for the items you are ordering: Home Office & RJ Bank, RJA, RJFS, FID, or Alex. Brown. When given the option of RJ Logo or Group Logo: RJ Logo means that your pieces will be printed with the Raymond James logo. Group Logo means that your pieces will be printed with the complianceapproved custom logo that has been uploaded to MyProfile by Marketing. Make sure to select your phone type, whether it s a direct, office, cell, fax, etc. as it is possible for phone types and phone numbers not to match on each piece even on repeat orders. Be aware that as you select a type of stationery item on the left-hand side, sub-categories may expand underneath it. You must select a sub-category before you will see the different options in the middle of the page. Always carefully check your proof, as stationery items will print exactly as seen on the proof. Your approval indicates that you intend for the order to be printed as seen in the proof.

3 FAQs: Marketplace/MyProfile 1Q: What do I do if I don t see any information populating in the boxes when trying to order something on Marketplace? 1A: In the drop down box next to the text Choose a Previously Customized Profile, (above the item proof on the right-hand side of the screen) select the FA# or ID# of the associate for whom you are trying to create stationery. If the information doesn t populate, see 3Q below. 2Q: What do I do if I don t see the FA# or ID# I m looking for? 2A: You will need to request to have access to that associate s information while in Marketplace. To request access, the following information to rjmarketplace@webbmason.com. Include your network username (usually first initial and last name), and the network username of the person for whom you are ordering (usually first initial and last name). A representative from WebbMason, our Marketplace vendor, will reach out to you once the access is granted. This can take up to 24 hours. 3Q: I can see the FA# and/or ID# in the dropdown, but the correct contact information is still not populating. What do I do next? 3A: More than likely the information in MyProfile needs to be updated. If you have access to the associate s MyProfile information, you can easily confirm this by logging into MyProfile and making any necessary updates. Be sure to click Save and Upload to Marketplace. Next, go back into Marketplace, and in the drop down box next to the text Choose a Previously Customized Profile, select Add New. Doing this should refresh your page on Marketplace and allow you to then select your (or the associate for whom you are ordering) FA# or ID#. The correct contact information will populate. 4Q: I m responsible for ordering stationery for someone in my department or branch, but I m not able to update their information in MyProfile. What should I do? 4A: Either that associate can update their MyProfile information for you on their computer or you can request edit access to that associate s MyProfile information. For instructions on how requesting edit access, refer to the Requesting Access to Another Associate s MyProfile document on RJnet. continued PAGE 2

4 5Q: I can see all of my contact information in Marketplace, except my street address. What should I do? 5A: You should first review the MyProfile information of the associate for whom you are ordering to ensure that the street address listed is mising. Click Address on the left-hand side of MyProfile. If the address is missing, contact the groups below. Be sure to inform them that you are attempting to order stationery and the street address is missing. RJA // HRDataManagement@RaymondJames.com RJFS // RJFSRegistrations@RaymondJames.com 6Q: An address is populating in Marketplace and MyProfile, but it s incorrect. 6A: You are unable to change your address inside of MyProfile. The only parties who can correct the address are listed below. Once you ve received confirmation that they ve updated the address, we recommend that you double check it inside of MyProfile before attempting to place an order in Marketplace. RJA // HRDataManagement@RaymondJames.com RJFS // RJFSRegistrations@RaymondJames.com 7Q: My state requires an insurance number. How do I add that to my stationery item(s)? 7A: As you re placing your order in Marketplace, click on the tab marked Insurance Information on the customization page. Select your state and fill in your insurance number. 8Q: What method is used for delivery of my items? 8A: We ship everything on Raymond James UPS account number. Raymond James receives a special discounted rate from UPS. 9Q: How quickly can I expect to receive my order? 9A: Depending on your affiliation, Compliance may need to review your order. HOA and RJA orders go directly to processing, then to print. ICD/ RJFS and FID orders go to compliance first for approval. Compliance takes 1-2 business days to approve the items. Once the items are approved, they continued PAGE 3

5 are submitted for processing, then to print. When an order is placed before 11am, it will be processed on the same day. The following day is considered the first day in the printing timeline. Example: Order is placed Monday before 11am, the order is processed that day and day one of printing starts Tuesday morning. If an order is placed after 11am, the order will be processed the following day. Day one of the printing timeline will be the day after the order is processed. Example: Order is placed Monday at 12pm, the order is processed Tuesday then day 1 of printing starts on Wednesday morning. Any order that is sent for approval is not considered formally processed until the time of compliance approval. Production timeline will be based on the time and date of compliance-approval, not the time and date of order. Flat Business Cards: Raymond James logo only 3 day print timeline, plus shipping time $20 rush fee speeds printing to two days Group Name or DBA Name logo (full color): 5 days print timeline, plus shipping time $20 rush fee speeds printing to three days All other items (letterheads,envelopes, memo pads, newsletters, etc.): 5 days print timeline, plus shipping time $20 rush fee speeds printing to three days 10Q: I m confused about what to enter on the billing section. What should I do? 10A: If not already selected, please choose the message in the dropdown Enter Your 5 Digit Branch # Below. Once that has been selected, in the box underneath marked Enter Here (red asterick to the right-hand side), enter you 3-digit branch number and add two zeros after.
