All returns less than 6 months will be exchanged when supported by proof of purchase (i.e. a copy of your Sapphire invoice or the invoice number). 8 Reset Website Password If you are having trouble logging into the website, please follow these steps before contacting your Client Liaison Click on the following link: /my-account/lost-password/ Enter your address Click on the Reset Password button Check your inbox for a message from the Nissan Merchandise Store website (Also check your Junk Mail folder), it may take 10mins or so to arrive. In the there will be a link, please click on it. A new page on the website will open where you can enter your new password, enter it twice to confirm Click Save If successful, you will see a message: Your password has been reset and a link to log in. 9 Website Registration Request Website profiles are only available to Nissan Staff and Dealerships If you are unable to log in, and you cannot reset your password (see the previous page) please send the following information to your Client Liaison Your full name Your address For Nissan Staff: Your Department For Nissan Dealers: Your Dealership name & code For Nissan Dealers: Completed Retailer Information Sheet (Next Page) Website Registration Request
10 Retailer Information Sheet Nissan Dealerships need to be added to our system as a customer In order to add you to our database, please complete this Information Sheet; Scan and or FAX to the nearest Sapphire Logistics Depot. 11 Website Ordering Procedure 1. Go to Type into your browser s address field and press Enter. Once the page has loaded you will see the Nissan logo. Please make sure the website address still shows as at the top. 2. Enter your login credentials (That you received in your welcome ; subject: Welcome to the Nissan Merchandise Store ) Your username goes in the Username field and your Password goes in the Password field. If you are on a secure device, you can check the remember me option. Click the blue Login button to log in. **N.B. Log in to see your preferential pricing! 3. To browse the products, you can click on the Products page On the product tab and product page, products are displayed in brief in a grid layout. If you would like to see more detail, you can click on the product image or title that you are interested in. 4. To save a product to your order, click the Add to Basket button Some products will require that you select a size first, like a clothing or footwear item. To add extra quantity, enter a value in the text Website Ordering Procedure

Browsing You may continue browsing the website and saving products to your basket until you are satisfied that you have everything you need. You may log out and return later, if you wish to complete your order at a later stage. (You must be logged in though!) 7. Cart (Basket) Page This page allows you to review your order before you start your checkout procedure. On this page you may remove items (x) or increase quantities before you are ready to check out. 8. Checkout Page Please complete your address fields completely. You may have a different shipping and billing address, but we ship to the billing address by default. Your addresses will be saved for future use (If you are logged in!) Fields marked with a red * are compulsory. Payment Options For South African Nissan Dealers: On Account, with Purchase Order Number- Prepare your Purchase order first, and at checkout, select the On Account payment option. Enter the Purchase Order code into the field provided. Once completed, you will get an order confirmation and we will ship your order. (South African Dealers Only) Website Ordering Procedure - Page 2
13 Website Ordering Procedure (continued) Payment Options For Nissan Staff: On Account, with Order Number - Select the On Account payment option. On Account, with Purchase Order Number- Prepare your Purchase order first, and at checkout, select the On Account payment option. Enter the Purchase Order code into the field provided. Once completed, you will get an order confirmation and we will ship your order. Payment Options For Nissan International Dealers & General Public: Instant EFT (PayFast) - When you select this option and place your order, you will be redirected to the secure PayFast Payment Gateway where you will need to log into your PayFast account to complete the payment. Once completed, you will get a order confirmation and we will get a Proof of Payment from PayFast and ship your order. (**You will need to set up an account with PayFast with your account details and they will handle the payment on your behalf) Credit Card (PayFast) - When you select this option and place your order, you will be redirected to the secure PayFast Payment Gateway where you will need to enter your credit card information to complete the payment. Once completed, you will get an order confirmation and we will get a Proof of Payment from PayFast and ship your order. Zapper Mobile Payment - Please install Zapper on your mobile device first, and link it your bank account. When you reach the checkout page, you select Zapper as your payment option and scan the QR code with your mobile phone. Once completed, you will get an order confirmation and we will get a Proof of Payment from Zapper and ship your order. Website Ordering Procedure - Page 3

Click Login If you cannot find or remember your login username and password, click on the lost your password link and enter your address. This is a simple product, you can add this product to your basket without clicking through to the product detail if you wish. 2. This is a variable product, it has sizes or colour variations, which means you need to select the options first before you can add the product to cart.
