1 Returning Dealer Log In: 1) For returning dealer, select the first option: I m ready to log in. 2) Enter Dealer ID (customer #), address & password. 3) Choose sign in Password Retrieval: 1) If you forgot your password. Go to the dealer site, and select I forgot my password or need a new one 2) Enter you Dealer ID and address 3) Click on Get Password to submit password request. A generated password will be sent to your . Sign up for existing dealer without web access: 1) Select this option if you are a current Küryakyn dealer without web access. Select: I'd like to sign up for online dealer access. 2) Fill in Dealer ID, Dealer Name, Name, and . 3) Select Sign Up to complete. We will respond back with your web sign up information.
2 Dealer Homepage: 1) Consumer Stores- Choosing Harley, Metric or Goldwing takes you to our retail online catalogs. 2) Dealer Name & Customer Number 3) PLACE AN ORDER- Choosing this takes you to the order entry screen. 4) NAVIGATION BAR- Move your cursor over tabs to activate drop-down windows. Home- Takes you back to the Homepage. Orders- Choose New Order, Unsubmitted Order, In-Process, Order History or Backordered Items. Account- Choose Account Info, Change Password or Users. Payment Center- Takes you to the Payment Center where user can make payments online. Resources- Choose Product Resources or Küryakyn Logos. Reports- View Product Reports & Order History Item Search- Simply enter a part # or description for more information on our products. 5) NEW PRODUCTS HD, Metric, and Goldwing tabs display a list of new products that have recently arrived with photos and description. Choose Product Details for more information. 6) AVAILABILITY- Simply enter a part number to see if it is in stock. 7) Clicking on View Product Details will open a shadow box. This will display product description, MSRP, Fitments, etc Add to Cart functionality will be available here to add the selected item to your order. 8) YOUR ORDERS- A listing of Unsubmitted Orders, Submitted Orders, & Backordered Items. Choose Unsubmitted orders to open and modify an order prior to processing. Choose Submitted orders to see the orders that have been processed but have not been shipped. Choose Backordered Items for a list of items available to ship. 9) DEALER NEWS- A handy list of news, sales & promotions at Küryakyn. *Backorders must be cancelled by calling your Küryakyn Sales Representative.
3 Creating an Order- Start a new order by choosing Place an Order on the Homepage or choose New Order under the Order Tab. Continue an existing order by choosing Unsubmitted Order in the Orders box or choose Unsubmitted Orders under the Order Tab 1) When you choose to create a new order or continue an existing number the unique order number and your customer number are displayed. 2) Enter part numbers, quantity and choose Add Item to Order. If you wish to remove an item choose remove on the far right. 3) Küryakyn does not allow drop shipping directly to your customers however some dealers have more than one ship-to address. Choose ship-to address if applicable. Choose how you would like it shipped. Enter a PO number if applicable. Order confirmations are ed to your Küryakyn Sales Rep so if you would like to send them a note enter your comments in the notes box. 4) If at any time you wish to check or add backordered items to your order click here. 5) A subtotal is given along with an estimate for freight, tax if applicable and an estimated invoice total. 6) If you made an error or do not need this order choose cancel order. If you wish to save the order and add or edit later choose save order. If you are ready to proceed with the order choose process order When you choose process order you will be taken to an order detail screen. This is your last chance to make changes or proceed with your order. Once you process the order you will receive an confirmation and will no longer be able to make changes to the order.
4 Account Tab- Hover over the Account Tab to activate drop down window. Choose Account Info to view customer number, Küryakyn Sales Rep, and current pricing level. You can click on your Küryakyn Reps name to send them an . If applicable the ship-to addresses are also displayed. On the right you can also add authorized users to your account. Choose Change Password if for any reason you wish to change your password. Follow the prompts. Choose Users to view a list of authorized users for your account. You may also add or delete users and assign security levels for individual users. Payment Center Tab- Click this tab to get a listing of your balance aging & open invoices. You can look at an invoice by clicking the invoice number on the left. You can also choose to pay in full or short pay invoices at right. Remember to fill in credit card information at the bottom prior to making payment. Resources Tab- Hover over the Resources Tab to activate drop down window. Choose Product Resources to search our extensive library of product images, logos etc. Feel free to use these resources to help maintain your website, create sale flyers etc. Simply enter a part number or description of the item you re looking for. Choose Küryakyn Logos for a variety of logos available to use. Support Tab- Hover over the Support Tab to activate drop down window. Choose FAQ for a list of frequently asked questions to assist you with navigation and use of the site. Choose Contact for a list of your Küryakyn Representative and other important contacts at Küryakyn. We also included a handy feedback function to help us serve you better. Choose Returns to create and submit a Return Authorization Request. Simply fill out the required fields and submit. Remember this is a request only and a Küryakyn Customer Service representative will call with an Return Authorization and terms of the return. Reports Tab- Hover over the Reports Tab to activate drop down window. Choose Order History for a list of past invoices & tracking information. Feel free to open those by clicking the invoice number at left. Choose Product Order Report for a handy list of items ordered within a specified date range. Check back often for more reports to be added.
5 Quick Reference Guide Q. How do I start a new order? A. Choose place an order on the Homepage or a Unsubmitted Order in the Order Box on the right hand side of the Homepage. You can also choose New Order or Unsubmitted Order in the Orders drop down window. Q. What does it mean when inventory says low or no stock? A. Küryakyn is either out of that product currently or we may not have enough quantities to fulfill orders currently in process. Call your Küryakyn Representative for exact inventory levels if needed. Q. What do I have on backorder? A Backorders are easy to check and add to an order by clicking on Backordered Items in the Orders drop down menu or by clicking Backordered Items on the Order Entry screen. Q. I want to change the credit card you have on file. How do I do that? A. You have the option of adding a different credit card to pay for an individual order or to pay unpaid invoices. If you would like to add a new credit card to use as the default payment method or to delete a credit card on file you must contact your Küryakyn Representative by phone to make the change. Q. How do I find out information about a part quickly? A. You can do an Item Search in the upper right corner of the Homepage, click on the part number in order entry or choose one of the Retail catalogs at the top of the page. Q. How do I find out what I bought? A. You can choose Order History in the Orders drop down window or choose Order History or Product Order Report in the Reports drop down window. Simply click on the invoice number for a detailed list of items on the order. Q. Where is my package? Where do I track my shipments? A. Tracking numbers can be found for invoices in Order History or Payment Center. Simply click on the tracking number on the right. Q. I need to delete a User from my account? A. Changes to Users can only be done by the account administrator. Hover your cursor over the Account tab & choose Users. Simply choose delete and follow prompts to eliminate their access to Küryakyn s Dealer Website.
