2 Navigating mylutron mylutron offers a wealth of resources to help you grow your business with Lutron. From your mylutron home screen, be sure to check out: Announcements stay informed on latest product announcements, upcoming events, and more. Sales & Marketing here is where you will access to: o Lutron PRO Account Portal where you will log projects, manage benefits, and more. (see below with details on how to navigate the portal) o Pleasance App for access to brochures, images, videos, and more. o Fabric App browse Lutron s latest selection of fabrics, shade styles, and more. o Sales tools demo guides, product packages, visualizers, and more. Software - if you are RadioRA 2 and/or shades certified, here is where you will download the RadioRA 2 software and Shade Configuration Tool (SCT). Navigating the Lutron PRO Account Portal Follow the steps outlined on page 5 to log into the Lutron PRO Account Portal. Once logged in, you will find (4) separate sections on the home screen (more details on page 3). Account Information Projects Programs Promotions All Sections *Important: Please be sure to do the following when you login to the portal for the first time. 1) Update your company contacts (Account Information section - Contacts) 2) Place your order for the FREE t-shirt that you receive as part of joining the Lutron PRO Program (Promotions section) Page 2 Updated
3 Account Information This section includes: Account name Account number Shipping address Local Rep Agency Company contacts Mailing Name the name addressed on the envelope for all mailed marketing communications from Lutron Mailing Address to be used for all mailed marketing communications from Lutron Name on Certificates company name exactly as it should appear on any official certificates, awards, plaques, etc. Click hyperlinked text to view and edit all account information Click hyperlinked text to add/edit contacts *To make edits to account information, click Edit in the upper right-hand corner. Projects Provides the overall number of projects logged to date. Click hyperlinked text Click on the Projects hyperlinked text to: Add new projects (as outlined above on page 5) Review/edit past projects Re-send Satisfaction Survey and/or Warranty Registration Form Page 3 Updated

5 Why log projects in the portal? By registering projects in your mylutron portal, your projects are eligible to receive extended warranty as well as points that you can redeem for Lutron products, apparel, and more! How to log Projects in the Portal Follow these easy steps to log your projects. 1. Go to 2. At the top of the page, select Register or Login to mylutron. 3. Type in your and password. If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions. 4. Select Login. 5. Once logged in to mylutron navigate to the Lutron PRO Account Portal section on the homepage. 6. You will be prompted to fill in a OTP (one time password). This 6-digit password will be ed to the address that is attached to your mylutron account please check your inbox for this password. Page 5 Updated
6 7. Type password in to the OTP field and click Submit. 8. You are now logged into the Lutron PRO portal. From the dashboard, navigate to the Projects tile and click on Projects (green hyperlinked text). 9. Select Add Project in the upper right hand corner. 10. Complete all required fields. 11. Once all fields are complete, checkmark the two check mark boxes at the bottom of the form: Our mutual customers expect their system information to remain secure. By submitting this project, I acknowledge that I will handle this information responsibly. By checking this box, I verify that the above information is correct. If false information is provided, I understand that I will no longer be eligible for Lutron benefits and programs. Page 6 Updated
7 12. Click Save if you are only registering one project. Or, click Save and Add Another if there is another project you wish to register. 13. Your project is now submitted. 14. Repeat these steps for all projects that you wish to register. 8 IMPORTANT: Upon conclusion of registering a project in the mylutron Portal, you will receive an which you will need to personally forward to the homeowner (it will not be automatically sent to the homeowner). This will include two links: Customer Satisfaction Survey (page 9) homeowner must complete this survey in order for you to receive credit/points for the project. Warranty Registration Form (page 12). From the portal home page, you will have visibility to if/when the homeowner completed the survey/warranty form and can also re-send either link at any time within 45 days of initial project registration. This survey and warranty registration links will expire 45 days after you register the project, as will eligibility for extended warranty and points for that project. XXX Earning Points A customer satisfaction survey (page 9) must be completed by the homeowner within 45 days of the project registration date in order for you to receive points for that project. XXXXXXXX Note that this number aligns with the Project ID # in the Lutron PRO Account Portal (project dashboard) and will identify which project this survey is associated. This will also identify which homeowner should receive the . Points Calculation Lutron will award PRO Points for: 2% of the list value of every device that is connected to (and including) the Caséta Wireless Smart Bridge/Smart Bridge PRO, RA2 Select Main Repeater, or RadioRA 2 Connect Bridge (this equals 1 point for every $50.00 list price).* *Points are not awarded for devices/components that are not connected to the system/bridge (accessories, faceplates, etc). 2% of the list value for every Sivoia QS Triathlon shade and device on the Lutron Shade Order (1 point for every $50.00 list price). 10 Redeeming Points As a Lutron PRO, you can redeem points for Lutron product, apparel, and in the Lutron PRO Account Portal. Please use instructions below to redeem points. 1. Once logged into the portal, navigate to the Programs section on the dashboard. Here is where you will find a link to the PRO Points - Shopping Cart. You will also see your current points balance. IMPORANT NOTE: Points for eligible Caséta Wireless, RA2 Select, and Sivoia QS Triathlon shades projects will be updated the next business day. Shopping Cart Balance Points for eligible RadioRA 2 projects will be updated twice a week. 2. Click on the PRO Points Shopping Cart link to begin spending points. Once selected, you will arrive at a Points Summary Page which will outline: o Points earned/awarded to date. o Points used so far to date. o Number of available points to spend. o Purchase history lists all items purchased to date using points. 3. To place a new order using points, first select the Shopping Cart link on the Summary page. Page 10 Updated
11 4. From there, complete the Requested Quantity column with the number of each item that you wish to order. Special Notes: o When ordering a T-shirt(s), click on the green hyperlinked text labeled Select Size. From there, select your desired size from the drop-down menu and type in the quantity that you wish to order in that size. To order additional T-shirts in another size, select +Please click on + sign to add more items. Then hit Save. Points Balance Select size for T-shirt Type in quantity here o Current points balance is available at the top of the page for reference. o You will receive a red notification if your order exceeds available points balance (you will not be able to place your order until the shopping cart total is reduced). 5. Once you specified a quantity for each item(s) that you wish to order, please select Place Order at the bottom of the screen. 6. Once submitted, a window will pop up asking you to confirm your order. Select Yes. 7. Once the order is placed, these items will appear on the Points Summary Page under Shopping Cart Purchases. You will also receive an from Lutron confirming your order. Page 11 Updated
12 Extended Warranty The homeowner may receive up to (2) additional full years of warranty on all registered Caséta Wireless, RA2 Select, RadioRA 2, and Sivoia QS Triathlon shades projects installed by a Lutron PRO. Details are as follows: Standard Full Warranty Full Warranty When Project is Registered by Lutron PRO Caséta Wireless 1 year 2 years 3 years RA2 Select 1 year 2 years 3 years RadioRA 2 1 year 2 years 3 years Sivoia QS Triathlon Shades* 5 years 6 years 7 years Full Warranty When Homeowner Completes Warranty Form See below for Extended Warranty Registration Form. * Lutron shading solutions are covered under an 8-year limited warranty: If the homeowner opts-in to the warranty and provides requested information within 45 days of project registration, they will receive an additional full year of warranty on all products (including shades) registered by the Lutron PRO for that project.
