2 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, Go to SILAE website: 2. On e main menu, please select e VIRTUAL PORTAL tab. 3. At e Portal Virtual tab, please select e REGISTRATION option. This will display a registration form.

4 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, 2017 Once finished it, please click on e ENVIAR (SEND) button. 6. Inscription code An wi a password will be sent to e address provided in your registration form. This password will allow you to log in e Congreso SILAE website.

5 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, Log in To log in, click on e link sent to your or access rough e Congreso SILAE website -> VIRTUAL PORTAL tab -> LOG IN option. 8. Insert code Please, enter your password and en click on e ENVIAR (SEND) button. A panel wi ree options will be displayed. Please select e SUBIR TRABAJO (UPLOAD ABSTRACT) option to upload your paper on e SILAE website.

6 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, Upload Absrtact When you enter e code, you will have ree options to choose from. To upload a job to e SILAE web platform, select e "UPLOAD ABSTRACT" option. 10. Aviso inicio de sesión After choosing e SUBIR TRABAJO (UPLOAD ABSTRACT) option, e next ad will be shown requiring you to log in your account. Please, log in.

7 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, Entry After log in, you will find e menu to upload your paper according to e established specifications for e congress. You will also find your ID number and name already registered. Scroll down and you will find e registration form for your paper. On e option Tipo de Postulación (SORT OF PRESENTATION) you may specify e sort of presentation of your preference: Oral or Poster.

8 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, 2017 NOTE: If you choose e ORAL presentation mode, e deadline to submit your abstract is June 15, If you choose POSTER mode presentation, e deadline for submission is June 30, You may also choose e topic of your interest in accordance wi your paper. Wiin e Temática de Interés option you may find e 7 topics of e SILAE and COCOCRO Congress. To fulfill completely e registration form. If ere are more an an auor belonging to e same academic institution, just register once e institution and link e number allocated to it wi e auor.

9 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, 2017 After completing e fields AUTOR and INSTITUTION, please select e AGREGAR (ADD) button. If you wish to add extra auors or institutions, please register em and click on e AGREGAR (ADD) button.

10 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, 2017 Finally, you will find e CUERPO DEL DOCUMENTO chart. On is field, you may describe e content of your paper. 550 words Max. Once finished, please select e GUARDAR (SAVE) button.

11 CARTAGENA DE INDIAS, FROM SEPTEMBER, Notification Once your abstract is saved, a web ad will pop up. Click on Aceptar. 13. Uploaded data If you have followed correctly e steps, a chart as e one below must appear showing your abstract was satisfactorily uploaded. In is part you can check e submitted documents by clicking in e PREVIEW option. If your work has any error, you can do e required changes. Be aware to revise carefully your abstract before submit it, because if e referee does not have corrections, e document will be published in e Congress memories, as you have sent.
