3 Neolane Ozon Data Connector for Adobe Analytics 3 Neolane Ozon Data Connector for Adobe Analytics This Adobe Data Connectors integration combines behavioral information from Adobe Analytics with marketing to create a powerful tool to redefine success measurement and target audiences with more relevant messaging. Delivering relevant messages to these market segments can result in entirely new revenue opportunities, driving increased conversion and revenue among new and existing campaigns. For example, delivering relevant messages based on products that were viewed during a visit or products that were left in an abandoned shopping cart has been proven to have dramatic impact on revenue, with minimal impact on cost because this is simply leveraging visitors your site is already getting. This increase in marketing efficiency is one of the key benefits of integrating Adobe Analytics with Additionally, this integration will automatically synchronize metrics with Adobe Analytics data as frequently as hourly for closed-loop reporting. Key Benefits and Features This integration includes the following key benefits: Consolidate marketing and analytics data into one reporting interface. Optimize campaigns by conversion and contribution to revenue and site success. Re-market to key visitors and market segments based on dynamic marketing segments. Dynamic Marketing Segments This integration features the following dynamic marketing segments: Purchase Profiles: Increase repeat orders and average order value through campaigns targeted by visitor purchase patterns. Product/Content View Behavioral Profile: Reach prospective customers through marketing segments based on product views and content access profiling. Cart Abandonment Profile: Help visitors convert to customers through fine-tuned campaigns specifically designed for those who are hesitant to complete carts. Customers can also create and schedule custom remarketing segments specific to the needs of their users.
4 Before You Activate 4 Before You Activate Before starting the Data Connectors integration for Neolane, complete the following requirements: Adobe Analytics Requirements Report Suite Specific: Be advised this integration is report-suite specific. Ensure that you have selected the desired report suite prior to activating the integration. Available and configured Adobe Analytics variables: This integration requires custom events and custom evars, and optionally additional events and additional evars. See Adobe Analytics Integration Variables. Authorized Representative: Be advised that the enablement of this integration might cause your company to incur fees in accordance with your service agreement with Adobe, Inc. or your service agreement with one of Adobe's trusted partners, as applicable. By activating this integration, you hereby represent that you are an authorized representative of your company; and as such, your company agrees to pay the fees, if any, set forth in the service agreement described above. Data Warehouse : This integration requires Data Warehouse to be enabled in order to generate remarketing segments. If you have not enabled Data Warehouse, contact Adobe for details. Broadlog ID: The integration requires that we capture and store a "Broadlog ID" within a Adobe Analytics variable (evar). This ID is an encoded or numeric representation of an address from the Neolane system. This "Broadlog ID" is associated with downstream visitor behavior on the site (cart abandons, purchases, etc.) that is pulled into the Neolane system and can be leveraged for remarketing purposes. As part of the setup process, you must identify an evar for this purpose when prompted by the Wizard. External Tracking: If you re not currently following the best practice of enabling external tracking for each campaign you send, you must do so to ensure a successful integration. See the Neolane section below for details. Privacy Compliance: You should understand that by enabling Recipient or Visitor ID tracking, this feature may track personally identifiable information of your site visitors. This has privacy implications requiring the implementation of appropriate procedures by your organization, such as providing notice to, and consent of, your site visitors. Neolane Requirements Valid Neolane Account: In order to use the Data Connectors integration, a client must have a valid Neolane account. Neolane 6.02 or later: This integration uses the connector Web Analytics, which is available in Neolane 6.02 or later. Contact the Professional Services team to get configuration assistance. Network Communication: You must make the necessary network configuration changes to enable data flow between the Neolane and the Adobe servers. Neolane must be able to connect to Adobe at the following paths: and Current Customer of Neolane: This integration requires you to be a customer of both Adobe and If you are not currently a customer of Neolane, you will not have the information necessary to complete the integration wizard. If you are currently a customer of Neolane, you will need your Neolane Account ID, or the unique identifier assigned to your organization, in order to complete the integration wizard. Pricing Be advised that the enablement of this integration might cause your company to incur fees in accordance with your service agreement with Adobe, Inc. or your service agreement with one of Adobe's trusted partners, as applicable. 5 Before You Activate 5 Adobe Pricing Considerations There might be recurring and implementation fees associated with this integration, including cost for an increased number of server calls incurred through this integration. Please contact for pricing details. Adobe Analytics Integration Variables This integration requires Adobe Analytics variables to track Neolane metrics. After identifying the Event and evars to use with this integration, they must be enabled in the Adobe Analytics Admin Console (see Report Suites for instructions). Required Variables Variable Type evar or s.campaign evar Name Clicked Campaign ID Opened Person Clicks Processed Broadlog ID Population Method Collected from query parameters in links through the automated collection method or a JavaScript plug-in. Description Total number of clicks. Stores the unique message ID. This is often stored in the campaign variable. Total number of opens. Number of persons who have clicked. Total number of processed s. Collected from query parameters This ID is an encoded or numeric in links through the representation of an address from the automated collection method or a Neolane system. This "Broadlog ID" is JavaScript plug-in. associated with downstream visitor behavior on the site (cart abandons, purchases, etc.) that is pulled into the Neolane system and can be leveraged for remarketing purposes. Scheduled Number of messages that are scheduled for delivery. Sent Number of messages that were sent. Total Bounces Number of messages that were not delivered to recipients due to a delivery problem. Unique Clicks Number of distinct clicks.
6 Before You Activate 6 Variable Type Name Population Method Description Unique Opens Number of distinct opens. Unsubscribed Number of visitors who opened the message but then clicked the Unsubscribe link to opt-out of future messages from your organization.
7 Activate the Integration 7 Activate the Integration Use the Adobe Data Connectors Configuration Wizard to set up the Neolane integration. 1. Start Data Connectors and click + Add New to add a new integration. 2. In the Show list, select By Name and drag the Neolane integration to an empty plug-in slot. 3. Complete the Integration Wizard using the information in the following table: Field Description Report Suite The report suite that receives the data from this integration. Integration Name Clicked Campaign ID Opened Person Clicks Processed Broadlog ID Scheduled Sent Total Bounces Unique Clicks Unique Opens Unsubscribed Segments Specify the integration name that Data Connectors displays in the report suite s Active Integration List. This integration creates the partner-defined segments displayed in the Partner Segments section. Additionally, you can select existing Report Suite-Level segments to include in the integration. Access Requests Enable the recommended access privileges. Data Collection Select JavaScript Plug-in if you want to use the s_code.js plug-in as the collection model for this integration (see ).
8 Activate the Integration 8 Field Description Select Automated Solution if you want to use an automated collection model for this integration, then specify the unique identifiers used for this integration. If you select this option, specify the unique identifiers used for this integration: Message ID Query String Parameter:This value represents the Message ID appended to the landing page URL by your partner. Recipient ID Query String Parameter: This value represents the Recipient ID appended to the landing page URL by your partner. Dashboard and Bookmark Generation Automatically generate a dashboard and bookmarks for the integration.
