They do not respond to , phone calls or live chat. They have never shipped the items. I went to their Facebook page and learned that many others have been scammed - - pay $ / no merchandise ever ships and they do not provide any customer service. A few weeks after this transaction, my credit card was used for a fraudulent transaction. Luckily, my bank caught it and froze the card. This is a scam - the phone rings, an automated voice picks up and then says "no customer service reps are available." I called the number on the website and spoke to someone who told me I could exchange for the correct color. The person I spoke to, at yhe time, didn't seem to confident in the return procedure, so I called back to confirm. I was assured the correct one was already being sent and I could just return mine. I asked about the cost of shipping being a mistake on their part. I was told they don't have return labels but I would be reimbursed. Red flags are starting to go up but I was being optimistic. The person gave me an address to return the product but when googled it came up as a private residence. I again called but this time no success getting through, I had to "chat" through the website. This is when everthing went down hill. I never received the correct order and being that I sent the original back I wanted a refund. On numerous occasions I had to contact them via chat, all reassuring me I would be getting my money back plus shipping...haha...nope! I am still sittimg here months later with no refund and no product. When you go to their facebook page you can see, before the comments get deleted, they have stolen from many many people!! This company needs to be stopped! All copies of my chat transcripts are available, if needed. Page 1 of 2

Now that so many people are trying to get through it's impossible so I stopped trying.
