The Board completed an exhaustive search and selected FirstService Residential based on their expertise, resources and willingness to work towards continuous improvement. You can sign up and join any of these channels at: Looking ahead to 2019, the Board recently approved an extension for the HOA assessments due date. The due date has been extended from January 1, 2019 to February 1, For a second year in a row, the Board agreed to maintain the assessment rate of $560 per year. We are excited for all the opportunities that lie ahead. As we close out the year, we wish everyone a happy holiday season and a happy new year! Cheers! 2 Dear Residents, It is with great excitement I welcome you to FirstService Residential, your new association management company. Our team is working hard to make this a smooth transition for you, and we look forward to helping your Association prosper and grow. We will begin managing Indian Springs Residential Community, Inc. January 1, We strive to make this change as easy as possible on you as our client. How will this transition affect you? Nothing has changed regarding your rules, dues, or Board of Directors. Once your accounts are active in our system (effective January 1, 2019), you will be able to pay your dues via a variety of methods. An informational page on payment options is included in this mail-out. Please note that any existing auto bill pay arrangement will not transfer from the prior management company. If you have auto bill pay through your personal bank, please notify them immediately of this change, as the bank account with the prior management company will be closed. How to contact us? Please assist us in maintaining accurate records by completing the Homeowner Information form and if applicable, the Rental Property Registration form. 3 Convenient Ways to Pay Your Association Assessment Before you can pay your dues, you must first obtain your account number. You can obtain your account number by calling or by ing the Accounts Receivable Department: Once you have your account number, you can pay through any following methods: Online Payment through FirstService Residential Website: Please visit On the main homepage, select make a payment. You will be redirected to the Mutual of Omaha Bank Select your method of payment either E-check banking (free) or by Credit Card (nominal fee). Once you select your method of payment the following information will be needed: Type: Association Management Co ID 4011 Association ID Account # Make a Payment online through the Association s Bank: Please visit On the main homepage, go to MAKE A PAYMENT and click the green GO button Select either the one-time payment or set up recurring payments option, and fill in the requested information For Banking Customer Service Assistance, please call: or Mail your Payment to the Association s Banking Lockbox (will be processed within 24 hours of receipt): Association Name: P.O. Box Phoenix, AZ Please include your payment stub and write your association name and your account number in the memo field of your check. If you pay to multiple associations, please provide a separate check for each association. ALL checks are made Payable to the Association.
