1 User or user ID is displayed when logging out of system based on which option was used to log into Tracker. Forgot passphrase option no longer requires user to input UserID in order to receive reset information via . Compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and Tracker have been resolved. System will no longer change modes without user intervention. Procedure in SQL prevented system from differentiating between an Auto-Print job and Quick Print. Error has been corrected. Recordings tab In Tracker: Save/Add patient feature corrected offering option to add another screen for additional patients. Close feedback window in the feature was nonresponsive. Issue has been resolved.

2 Fax tab filtering window was remaining active after applying and canceling option was nonresponsive. Issue with filtering has been resolved and is functioning properly. After using notification feature user would have to X out of window. System now automatically closes notification window once transaction is complete. Feature added to Tracker Snooze date/time option allowing users to edit a snooze to a specific date/time when editing patient record. In addition, the date/time will display with the current snoozed time. Snooze cannot be removed from the edit screen. Thank You! Modifications to Patient tab improved operational speed and accuracy. Date range preferences will need to be reset by user upon upgrade. Issues with annotation improperly zooming and impacting the display of text and stamp size has been corrected. Tracker displays past 60 days of reserved items when logging in as default view. Users can modify view in preference tab unless set to fax or recording tab.

3 Reserve records can be marked complete and removed from users fax inbox to reserved worklist. This is a team level setting allowing any user to complete items in reserved worklist. Update to Custom Field Admin team selection allows user to select teams via check box as opposed to highlighting items. Change allows for better association of teams with custom field. Custom field searches will return results for blank text values instead of populated or blank values. Batch option available in User tab allowing for multiple users to be selected from list for password setting and active/inactive flags. Option of filtering by hospital is also available if user has Can View All Hospital option. Option now available in Tools Tab to upload jpegs into Tracker. Secure send option replaces current attachment feature in Tracker. Feature provides additional level of security when sending patient information via Tracker.

4 In order to provide a higher level of security for patient information, Trace has disabled ing using the application. If ing is desired a new Secure option is available as an added

5 Trace PixCert Trace User Indexing Report added to auditing group under Tracker reports. Report displays number of records indexed by team and user. When changing capture order in PixCert, total number of pages would display as zero. Issue has been corrected so that captures can be modified and correct number of pages displayed. New Send to Trace feature requires that user index at least 1 patient before enabling option. Other required fields rules will still apply after patient is indexed.
