3 2. SET UP IN MAGENTO We indicate which features are available on which version of Fooman Attachments in the following way: (v1.0.0+). 1. Set Up Click on System > Configuration > Sales s to get started. Individually configure every type you see below with the pdf documents you want to automatically attach. Page 3

4 Standard Magento Settings The first six settings are standard Magento settings - configure these as per normal. Be sure to enable automatic sales s. Attach Order/Invoice/Shipment/Credit Memo as Pdf (v0.5.0+) When set to Yes, your order/invoice/shipment/credit memo pdf document will be automatically attached to the order/invoice/shipment/credit memo . Attach Terms and Conditions (v0.5.0+) When set to Yes, your Terms and Conditions html and text files (from Sales > Terms and Conditions) will be automatically attached to the . If you also use Fooman Pdf Customiser, the Terms and Conditions will be installed as a pdf document instead. Attach Pdf File (v0.9.0+) Choose to upload any pdf document to automatically attach to the for example, your return policy, a coupon or voucher, your latest newsletter. Page 4

5 2. Order Overview Page Print Order Confirmation Pdf (v0.8.3+) An Order Confirmation document contains the same information as an invoice, with the title Order Confirmation. Select the order(s) that you want to generate an Order Confirmation pdf document for, choose Print Orders from the Actions dropdown list, and click Submit. If you select multiple orders, the Order Confirmation for all selected orders will be displayed in the same pdf document. Page 5

6 3. Order View Page You can also print an Order Confirmation document from within the Order View page for each order. Click on the Print button at the top of the page. Page 6
