The P6 Team Member interfaces are the P6 Team Member for ios and P6 Team Member for Android apps, P6 Team Member Web, and Statusing Service. You cannot update tasks in projects that are locked. About Time Spent and Time Left The following rules apply to the relationship between the Time Spent and Time Left labor and nonlabor fields in the P6 Team Member app: 29

30 P6 Team Member User's Guide Changes to Time Left do not affect Time Spent. Time Left and Time Spent will always be greater than or equal to zero. If Time Left is greater than zero, any changes you make to Time Spent will automatically update Time Left. For example, if you increase Time Spent from three hours to four hours, then the software will deduct one hour from Time Left. If you change Time Spent from three hours to two hours, then the software will add one hour to Time Left. If Time Left is equal to zero, changes to the value of Time Spent will not affect Time Left. Note: If you increase Time Left once it reaches zero, changes to Time Spent will update Time Left until it reaches zero again. Depending on the project and activity settings in P6, changes to Time Spent or Time Left may cause a change to the Finish By field value (the Finish Date in P6). You will not see this change until you tap Save. If there was a change, the new value will be shown in the refreshed task list. You cannot update tasks in projects that are locked. About Time Spent and Time Left The following rules apply to the relationship between the Time Spent and Time Left labor and nonlabor fields in the P6 Team Member app: Changes to Time Left do not affect Time Spent.
