This malware is often installed along with browser ad ons such as Browser Toolbars and Accelerators that are generally considered safe, but are designed to track your browsing habits and insert ads. Unfortunately, the JS code the malware inserts causes reset errors in. CoreLogic recommends you disable or uninstall any recently installed Internet Explorer browser ad ons that may be attempting to insert ads into your browser. Other System Requirements users may optionally install an ActiveX control which will automatically adjust browser margins when printing. The ActiveX control is required for printing some Statistical Reports. User must have Administrative permission on the PC to install ActiveX controls. For notes on ActiveX installation reference B below. Broadband internet connection (high speed cable, wireless or DSL) Screen Resolution: 024w x 768h or higher recommended. Microsoft MSXML 6 is required to install the ActiveX Print Control. Most PC s have this pre installed with Windows. If necessary download MSXML6.msi from Notes CoreLogic does not support any Beta or pre general release operating systems or browsers If Mainstream Support for a given browser or operating system is retired, you must upgrade to the minimum supported version Third Party and Add on products that are accessed from, Puffin Browser or may have different system requirements and may not be supported on the browser and/or operating systems listed above. NOTE: Experience application for the ipad and Android is no longer offered/supported by CoreLogic as of June 30, 204. User wishing to use on an ipad or Android device can download the Puffin Browser. Property History Search Property History (PAR) Search has been added to the Search menu which allows users to search for all listing activity for a particular property Detailed search results can be filtered by ML# Page 4 of 3

6 and Release Notes for Versions 5.24 CMA Ability to Copy CMA to another contact and rename the CMA has been added to the CMA Manager screen Printing All report views now print by first being generated as a PDF, just as printing of grids has worked for some time. This change resolves a number of print related issues which were browser and/or configuration specific Print Preview for all report views now displays the preview as a PDF When printing listings of multiple property types, the Full Detail View option is selected by default rather than the user s default Cross Property view. This option allows the default full view for each property type to be printed rather than just the same Cross Property view for all. Listing reports printed from will now contain the Price Increase/Decrease indicator arrow beside the List Price field. Page 6 of 3

When ing listings of multiple property types, the Default View option is selected by default rather than the user s default Cross Property view. 8 and Release Notes for Versions 5.24 Unsubscribe When a non member unsubscribes from an auto they are now provided with two options: to unsubscribe from a single search, just as they could before; or to unsubscribe from all searches for that agent. o The notification which is ed to the agent when one of their contacts unsubscribes will reflect whether the contact unsubscribed from just one search or from all. Drop down list of reports starts are the top in IP, while starts where the report view appears in the list user has to scroll up to the top to see the list of favorite reports. D Search Criteria Search fields do not always display properly when adding new fields, the first field adds without a problem users can immediately enter search criteria. When adding a 2nd field it is not always visible (user has to scroll down in order to enter criteria). Issue occurs with screen resolutions 920 x 080 or 280 x 024. D Home Page Fast Find Gadget Failed to perform search message is displayed on clicking Search button if a value is entered in the ML# tab, then user switches to Location tab to perform search D D Mapping Selecting the Education Point of Interest (POI) option in map layers is not functioning due to BING system modifications. All other items in the list function properly. Printing D Saved Search Phone numbers when Print. When a listing record has a 7 digit phone number and the report has a Format Mask as ### #### or ### ### #### or # ### ### #### it displays correctly in but truncate when printed. It prints correctly in MLX/T5 when using the ActiveX print control, but not when printing via HTML or as PDF. Mapping B Search Details Disabled the Print button while Map display is in Bird s Eye View. This change is required to satisfy the Microsoft BING Maps License Agreement. Replaced the Print icon in Listing View popup display to match the other Print icons and make more visible. Contact Web Pages Contact Website Intermittently property reports on the Contact Website are only partially displayed. When the Contact web site style has the agent image in the lower left, the listing's Details view in the AWP displays the listing contacts outside of the border. If the AWP Style that has the agent photo in the upper banner, the AWP Details view displays the listing content correctly. Contacts Contact manager Request to increase the column width to allow proper printing of the grid showing the addresses of the prospects Contacts Contact information (notes) desired on results from prospect search Contacts Timestamp on Notes for listings associated to clients is showing as EST, instead of local time Contacts Client's names blank from Client Manger's Detail Drop Down box. Noticed for any of the 'blank' client's names, the client gateway is also blank. In order to see the information, switch the radio button to disable the gateway then back to enable. User is unable to save any changes to the gateway info. When a new user is entered they have a default set for Listing of "Property for you"; however when the user actually goes and attempts to listings out the template that comes up <NONE>. This can only be corrected by going in to the new user's template preferences and then changing it away from "Property for you" then changing it back to "Property for you" once this is done, the template comes up correctly. Planned for 5.3 ed reports containing sensitive data fields are hidden when viewed by nonauthenticated users is expected behavior. If the ed report is ed from / Tempo and viewed by an agent while logged into, the sensitive data fields will remain hidden because the report URL domain does not match the URL domain. In order for the sensitive data fields to be visible the user would have to be logged into. Page 0 of 3

When a user clicks an hyperlink in listing details, Gmail opens in the same browser window as. The problem occurs when clicking the Back button and the user is on the Home page instead of the listing detail page. This Gmail feature can be disabled follow instructions at this link: D D Clients are receiving an error message when they click on the CMA links within the s, issue appears to be due to the large size of the PDF's. Contact will receiving 3 s for each automated prospecting if the agents Pager Address is invalid format. Workaround is to correct or remove Pager . n/a When editing Templates a popup message may appear when trying to Copy/Paste: " Do you want to allow this webpage to access your clipboard. This prompt can be disabled by configuring settings in IE using these steps;. Go to Tools >Internet Options, then click the Security tab 2. Click on the Custom Level button and scroll down to Scripting section 3. Select the option is "Allow programmatic clipboard access." 4. Save settings, then restart browser. D Report Data Error s include a line of irrelevant text when using the "Send me a copy of this " option. The text that appears at the top of the ; NOTE: You will receive only a single copy of this even if you sent the listings to multiple clients, each of whom will receive a distinctly separate . The recipient in the "To;" line doesn't see this text. D Images In the photo gallery view the photo description's location is much farther down the display than expected depending on Browser window size B 2554 Images Photo Gallery Research options to improve listing image sharpness D 6685 Login Users that have installed various browser ad ons that attempt to insert JavaScript (JS) may experience a System Reset Error when they login to and Tempo5. The ad ons are considered malware and should be disabled or uninstalled to resolve this issue. As a solution, CoreLogic created a blacklist of known malware ad ons and the application will warn user of the issue and possible resolution at login. D 6780 Login Login Page not defaulting to Password in Chrome or Safari B 4436 Mapping Street names are not visible in Birds Eye view B D D D Mapping "Click Here to Complete" label gets in the way when drawing a very small Polygon on the map search screen Message of The Print function in Message of the Day will not print images added to text using iframes. the Day Message of the Day Message of the Day Message of the Day text in some cases exceed the width of the message window causing the text and scroll bar to appear outside the MOTD window. This is caused by the Zoom level in the browser being greater than 00% MOTD missing content when Lync add on with phone symbol feature is enabled and the message content contains a phone number format ( ex., ), message content after the symbol is not seen Page of 3

Related issue, Flash Player crashes when clicking "Properties" button multiple times in Firefox s Print dialog or also clicking outside the Printer Properties dialog box. Explanation Firefox has a process called Plugin container.exe which loads plugins like Flash, Silverlight, and QuickTime. Solution to resolve issue on user s computer:. Open Firefox 2. In the address bar, enter: about:config 3. If prompted, click the button: I'll be careful, I promise! 4. In the Search field at the top of the page, type: dom.ipc.plugins.enabled 5. Double click on this item this will change its setting from true to false. 6. Close Firefox and restart it. You should now be able to print in without encountering the prior issue. Printing Printing to a network printer may not print when using Chrome. Google acknowledges this is a known issue and is not limited to CoreLogic products. No known resolution other than using a different browser. D D 9995 Printing Printing grids from Contacts, the first column of the grid does not print its data. If you go back into the grid editor and Change Field Format and then add a prefix to any field in the grid, that grid will print correctly from that point forward even if the prefix is subsequently removed. Printing Using on Firefox 9 on Windows 7 printing multiple copies is not working. Only page will print regardless of how many pages are entered/set within the print dialog. Known bug with FireFox. D Printing Unable to print Quick CMA in when using the Firefox web browser due to issue with Firefox s PDF handling. Solution to resolve issue on user s computer: Change the default PDF handling behavior in Firefox. Open up the Firefox Tools > Options dialog (Orange Firefox tab>options>options 2. Open the Applications tab 3. Wherever the Content Type contains Adobe Acrobat, click on the corresponding Action. It will become a pull down. Select Adobe Reader from the list. 4. Click OK at the bottom of the Options dialog Restart Firefox D Printing In Windows 8/8. with IE 0/ and user does not have Adobe Reader installed, if you try to Print via PDF you get the following prompt: Do you want to open or save <report name> from <site>. If you click Open, or if you Save the file and then try to open it, you cannot do so. No application is associated to this file and even if you try to open it with the built in Reader it will fail. Solution is to install the Adobe PDF Reader B B Report Editor Ability to Preview a report in Report Editor when accessed from Reports Clicking on a Sell Price field in a report view does not launch Mortgage Calculator B Reports Page numbers do not display in printed reports in D D D Reports Clicking on an link in a report can cause the current browser tab that change to a blank page. To resolve this issue you must check Enable Protected Mode for the Internet Zone in the browser s Internet Options. If the site is listed in Trusted Sites, then Enable Protected Mode also needs to be checked for Trusted Sites. Reports Report Details display window cuts off right edge of report at 024x768 resolution Reports Reports in are following the display format set in the Results grid for Date fields instead of the display format defined in the report if the Date field is contained in the results grid.
