3 Introduction Our new exciting Mobile App is based on our customer requests and feedback. We have based this in terms of what you need day to day and of course the functionality it can do. It is purely designed with the recruiter in mind so you can manage incoming applications whilst on the go! End result faster action leads to faster placements! In summary It allows recruiters to work while on the move or from home where no company laptop/vpn is provided. It will give users the ability to search, filter, flag and communicate with candidates from a mobile device. It syncs with the New Manage Responses product on the web platform for an optimal management of candidates applications. 3

4 Installation Instructions Minimum Requirements ios 9 and its later versions The App is optimised for iphones but works on ipads and ipods You must be on New Manage Responses in order to use the App You must know your Broadbean credentials to access To Install Go to your home screen Click on the App Store Search for Broadbean Responses and download on your device 4

5 How to Login Once you have launched the app, you will be presented with a Broadbean login screen (as shown) Simply enter your Broadbean credentials (if you do not know them please ask your Superadmin to send them to you via ) Once you have done this your Broadbean credential store automatically for future use. You will not need to do this again unless you completely log out. The Mobile App can only be accessed at User level not Superadmin, Admin or Team Leader levels 5

6 App Structure: The Candidate List The Candidate List displays all responses to adverts in chronological order the latest response will be placed at the very top. There are three lists: All Candidates, Unread candidates and Unflagged Candidates. Each Candidate List provides a short snippet of primary information To refresh the list, scroll to the top and pull the results down. This allows the App to import newer candidates and move any read or flagged candidates from the Unread/Unflagged lists This icon will change colour from light grey to blue to indicate that the candidate has been viewed This icon will allow you to jump back to the top of the Candidate List 6

7 App Structure: Flagging You can flag your candidates by clicking on the flag icon. Both standard and custom flags will appear in the popup box as shown If you have automated s set up the candidate will receive this once flagged within the set time delay (This can only be set up by your Superadmin) 7

8 App Structure: Search By clicking on the Funnel icon you can filter responses by advert. If you select the advert it will turn blue in colour (you can select multiple adverts) You can conduct a real time search using the Boolean keyword structure. Simply type in the free text area provided. To remove search keywords and return the full original list of responses - scroll up to the top of the screen and drag downwards. You then click Apply Filter and all responses will appear onscreen The Funnel icon will turn blue to indicate that filters have been applied. Click on the Funnel icon to return to the main advert list To deselect individual adverts click on the advert to turn from blue to grey. Alternatively, to deselect all adverts (if multiple selected) click on the Clear Filter option at the top of the screen. 8

9 App Structure: Main Menu The Main Menu is accessible via the Candidate List using Click on All, Unread or Unflagged to view the responses contained in each list When filters and/or keywords are in use, moving between the lists will keep the same search criteria in place You can Sign Out here but please note you will need to login again with your Broadbean credentials 9

10 Candidate Viewer You can access candidates by clicking anywhere within the snippet You will have access to the CV, the info snippet and some action buttons Allows you to call the candidate directly Allows you to the candidate directly Allows you to locate the candidate Allows you to forward the CV to one or more addresses Swipe left or right to show the previous or next candidate in the list. 10

11 Candidate Viewer The option is only available if you have templates assigned to you by your Superadmin You can select any template once you click in the Template box and Send Once you have sent an an icon will appear in the snippet within the candidate list (see example) In case you wondered how the location button worked! Once clicked it opens up the Map application to show the location This is the Forward CV screen This is the CV screen 11

12 Working Offline You can still use the App but with limited functionality If you do not have a internet connection, you won t be able to access the App unless already running If the App is already running you can only view previously seen candidates that are still cached in the App memory You can still flag candidates. Even though the flag colour will change automatically, the action record and the automated function will not be triggered until internet connection is resumed. You will not be able to or forward. You will get a popup notification to prompt you to perform the action again once back online. 12
