1 Local 150 Welcomes You to Use What is My150 ( My150 is a one-stop shop for Local 150 Members to update your contact and family information, check your reported hours, and pay your Union Dues. Adult dependents will also have their own login to review their personal information. My150 can be accessed from your computer or your tablet. You will have 24-7 access to your information anytime, anywhere! What will you need to access My150? MOE Medical ID Or Union Registration Number Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number Cell Phone (with ability to receive text messages) Valid Personal Address If you do not have a personal address, many providers offer free addresses, such as: Gmail ( Hotmail ( Yahoo ( *You may not use an address affiliated with a Local 150 Organization to register with My150* 1 P a g e

2 Make Sure to Use an Updated Browser In order to access My150 on your computer or tablet, you must have the most recent version of Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer Version 9.0 or higher. If you need assistance obtaining a current browser please call the My150 Community Support Line at (888) My150 Security My150 is a secure website using state of the art security integration in order to process your Union Dues payments and maintain your personal information. You will be asked to validate a cell phone number during the registration process. This functionality will be key in providing you with a notification at any given point in time when a change is made to your profile. Now let s walk through getting started!!! Step 1: Navigate to and select Start Registration Step 2: Enter your MOE Medical ID or your Union Registration Number along with the last 4 of your Social Security Number. Step 3: Enter and validate your mobile phone number by selecting Add Mobile to enter your mobile number. 2 P a g e

3 Step 4: Enter your mobile phone number and select Send SMS. Step 5: You will receive a text message on your mobile phone with a validation code. Step 6: Enter the validation code into the SMS Verification Code field and select Continue. Step 7: Enter your address and select Complete Registration. 3 P a g e

Please add to your contacts list to ensure that you will receive all registration and subsequent messages from My150. Step 9: Once you set your password you will have successfully completed the registration process!
