You will be taken to a page with our website s terms and conditions to accept. 02 On the User Registration page, enter your account information as it appears on your welcome letter or mortgage statement. Your loan number needs to be 10 digits. If you have a loan number with less than 10 digits, add 0 to the front until you have a total of 10 digits. The zip code needs to be the mailing zip code as shown on your welcome letter or mortgage statement. After successfully entering the account information, select Continue and the page will expand and allow you to create your preferred User ID, password and enter the address you would like to associate with the account. The User ID can not be changed at a later date. Please enter the information below as it appears on your loan. First Name: John Middle Name Intital: Last Name: Doe Account Name: Mailing Address ZIP Code: Social Security Number: Create User Id and Password User Id: Enter New Password: Confirm New Password: Password Help Information Address: Confirm Address:

2 03 After creating your User Information, press Next to go to the next page where you will select a security image. The security image is used to help identify that you ve entered your User ID correctly. Once your account has been completed, if you try to log in and see a different security image, you may need to go back and re-enter your User ID. Once you have chosen an image, press Next to go to the next page where you can name the image and further make your security image more unique to help identify that you entered your User Id correctly. We highly suggest entering a unique name for your image. 04 Once you ve named your security image, click Next to advance to the next page. You will get to choose 4 questions and be able to answer them. Please be advised that each time you attempt to log into your account for the first time in a new browser or a new device, you will be required to answer 2 of the 4 questions. 05 Once you have finished selecting your questions and answers, click Next and you will proceed to the final page where you will simply confirm all of the information that you have input. After you have confirmed all of the information is accurate, select Submit: You will be sent an to activate your User Id. The validation link in the can expire, so please access it as soon as possible. That s it! You ll then have access to sign up for autopay, sign up for paperless billing, view your account information and access your statements and loan documents in our edocuments portal!

3 edocuments Portal 244 South Gateway Place Jenks, OK Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm CT Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC NMLS CustomerCare@GatewayLoan.com 01 Once logged into your account, under the Request Documents menu found on the right hand side of the page, select edocuments - Go Paperless. 02 The next page will give a description of our edocuments portal and some of the documents you can find on this portal. After clicking Continue to edocuments you will be taken to the edocuments portal. 03 Paperless: If you would like to sign up for our paperless billing option, you can do so on the home page that you are taken to. *Note - If you have multiple accounts, you will have to select the option on each account. A disclaimer will be given after turning the paperless option on.

4 04 edocuments: Click edocuments on the left menu to access billing statements, escrow analysis statements and End of Year (1098) statements. Clicking on View will allow you to view, print and download the document. 05 To return to GatewayLoan.com, just click Log Out on the left side menu.

5 Autopay Enrollment 244 South Gateway Place Jenks, OK Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm CT Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC NMLS CustomerCare@GatewayLoan.com 01 Once logged into your account, hover over the payment center link and select Enroll in Autopay. 02 On the Enroll in Autopay page, enter your bank info. You also have the option to add an additional amount to your principal balance or your escrow account. Finally, choose a start date and click Review and Authorize. 03 Confirm the payment amount, start date, bank info and address. Click the check box to agree to the terms and complete the setup by clicking Submit.

6 04 Finally, a screen will pop up confirming the set up of your autopay dated today (the draft will still start on the day you selected). You re all done!
