2 The objective of this questionnaire is to know in depth the skills you have to deal with some technologies. In addition, this test will show an image to project trainers and yourself which identifies the challenges of the game that you are going to confront thanks to some questions / criteria. Self-Diagnosis Tool is based on questions related with technologies, electronic devices and software. Some of these tools require assistive technologies for people with disabilities; assistive technologies are designed to provide additional accessibility to individuals who have physical or cognitive difficulties, impairments, and disabilities. To make a correct evaluation of all users, it s necessary to know their own needs, so please, select one or more of the following marks if you have any difficulty with sensory motor function; if not, left blank the answers: Seeing Learning Remembering Lifting Speaking Walking Interacting with others Thinking Listening (auditory processing) Hearing Long term emotional, psychological, or psychiatric condition Other: Generally, people with disabilities are grouped into these categories, and they usually require certain types of adaptations or adapted hardware. In case that you have this necessity, please ask for help to your trainer and he will attend your accommodation arrangements based on your conditions.
