4 1. Home page 2. User Registration Before Login, user should register his/her Registration details to start using the site. Click the REGISTER button to navigate to Registration page of daalou website. 4

5 After successful registration, you will receive an to your registered mail id with Username and password. Your profile picture should be uploaded which is mandatory for all functionalities. 3. Login/Sign In If you are already a registered Member, click the Sign In button directly to navigate to Login page. Enter your id and Password to Sign In. 4. Forgot Password If you have forgotten your password, Click Forgot password Link, enter your mail id and click Send. 5

6 An auto generated mail will be sent to your given ID. Login/Sign In daalou with the new auto generated password. Later you can change your password in Account settings which is user friendly. 5. Profile Page After successful login, Profile page will be displayed as shown in the below image. Left Menu - Displays Menu Mail Notification - Notifies the User for new alert 6

7 Admin Notification - Notifies the User with an alert from admin like membership expiry, services expiry, etc. Group Icon - Notifies the User for New winks, Friendship requests and My guests daalou logo - Will navigate to User Page Find people - Tapping this button will navigate the user to Find People (basic search) User s Profile Icon - Tapping this icon, will display a short menu Recent Activity My Profile Account Settings Log Out Left Menu Admin Notification Daalou logo User s Profile Icon Mail Notification Group Icon Find People 5.1 User s Short Profile Information User s Profile Information will be displayed in short at the Left Pane Online/Offline status : Denotes the status if the user is currently online or offline Edit Profile : To update/edit User s Profile informations Highlight in search : User s Profile will be highlighted with a blue border when his/her profile is searched Lift Up in search : User s Profile will be displayed at the top when his/her profile is searched 7

9 5.2.1 Lucky Wheel Lucky Wheel is a very simple random generator and suitable for everyone. Click the spin button which is placed in centre of the Lucky wheel. Once clicked, Lucky wheel starts rotating and points to a profile. The corresponding profile will be displayed in detail at the right side of the lucky wheel. In addition to it, you can filter the profiles in the Lucky wheel with some options. Looking for : All/Male/Female Country : All/United States/United Kingdom/Germany/. 9

10 Filter Spin Lucky wheel After Spin For Standard User: Lucky Wheel Spin should be restricted to 2, and not more than that. 10

11 For Premium User: Lucky Wheel Spin has no Limitations Special Match Special Match is also called as Advanced Search which searches people profile based on the selected criteria s [Gender, Age, Weight, Height, Body Type, Hair, Style, Education, Online status]. 11

12 Special Match result can be sort with Name, View, and Registration date [Ascending/Descending Order] and accordingly the profile information s will get displayed below in List View/ Galley View. 12

14 5.2.3 Who Is Online Who is Online displays all the members who are currently online, with additional features like Request Friendship, Add to Blacklist, Add to Favourites, IM Chat, Video Chat, Wink, Send a kiss, Report.(Users can perform any of the above mentioned activities) Visitors Visitors Link holds two tabs named MY GUESTS and MY VISITS. MY GUESTS - Members who visited User s profile will be listed MY VISITS - Members whom you visit. This can be sorted by All Time Last month (last 30 days from current day) Last week (last 7 days from current day) Today (Current day) 14

15 5.2.5 Winks Winks are emotions which flashes to the other user same like Poke in Facebook. Wink can be sent to any member. Winks received will be notified to the User in the Group notification icon which is displayed at the top left corner. Below image denotes the Wink received from a member 15

16 How to send Wink to other members? 1. Wink can be sent to any member by typing his/her name in the search text field and click Wink. 2. User can wink back to the member by clicking Wink back button Kisses Kisses are emotions excitements received from/sent to any user. An emotion and a message can be shared to any members by viewing his/her profile and click Send a Kiss link. Kisses received will be notified to the user in the Group Icon. KISSES SENT FROM ME - Kisses to whom you have sent KISSES SENT TO ME - Kisses received from other members 16

17 How to send Kiss to a member? Select and view the member s profile to whom you want to send a kiss. Click Send a Kiss link and it will display Kisses list page. Select any emotion, type your message and send. 17

18 Kisses Sent to me (Kiss received) Favourites Users can be added to favourites by selecting users existing in Active user s grid/ featured user grid, and clicking the Add to Favourites link from Profile menu MY FAVOURITES - Member whom you add to favourites THEY ADDED ME TO FAVOURITES - Members who adds your profile to favourites 18

19 5.2.8 Friends Clicking on FRIENDS link, displays Friends List, Friendship Requests, My Friendship requests tab. FRIENDS LIST - list of your friends. FRIENDSHIP REQUESTS - Requests received from other members MY FRIENDSHIP REQUESTS - Your request to other members 19

20 How to send friendship request to other members? Select the member to whom you want to send friend request. His/her profile will be displayed. Click Request Friendship link which is displayed below Member s short profile information. The User will be asked to type a message and send. After sending request it will be listed under My Friendship requests tab. 20

21 How to cancel friendship request? If the user senses to remove the Friendship request, he can do it by clicking on that particular member to view his/her profile, and select Remove Friendship request. 21

22 5.2.9 Video Chat Video Chat is User can enjoy live video with any member who is online. It is categorized as Invited by me and Invitations sent to me Invited by me It displays list of members to whom the User gives Video chat request with member name, video chat status, Date and time, duration of the video chat, link to connect video chat Invitations sent to me It displays list of members who gives request to the User with Initiator (member name), Status of video chat, date and time, duration of video chat and link to connect video chat. 5.3 Centre panel In Profile page, Centre panel displays Wall, Profile, Gallery and Settings Icon. 22

23 5.3.1 Wall Wall is where User s activity is captured. User can post any message, upload photo and video. (Eg: Accept friendship request, reject friendship request, likes for your picture, comments, etc.). User can also delete any post if you don t want to appear in your wall. Your post can be restricted in settings which is explained in detail under Settings Icon User s new post User s activity Profile Profile tab is where it captures all your details and it is displayed to other members. Your details are sub categorized under profile tab as Personal information, About me and Interests and anytime you can edit the given informations. 23

24 5.3.3 Gallery Gallery is where photos and videos can be added by selecting Add Photo / Add Video from Add drop down option. Images/videos can be restricted to specific users, according to Privacy restriction. Uploads are categorized under ALL - All photos and videos PHOTO - All photos VIDEOS - All videos ALBUMS - Can be segregated in albums FAVOURITES - page Photos/Videos which user marks as favourites from other member s 24

25 5.3.4 Settings Icon This restricts the posts in Profile Page and User Page. User can restrict the posts with the below options 1. Show only to me 2. Show to my friends 3. Show to registered site members 4. Show to all 6. User Page User page can be opened in three ways a. Left Menu >> Homepage b. User profile icon >> Recent Activity c. clicking daalou logo navigates the user to User Page 25

26 a b c User s short profile information and Profile menu are displayed in left panel Recent activity in Centre panel Active Users and Recent photos are displayed in the right panel 6.1 User s short profile information Refer Profile Menu Refer Recent Activity Recent activity is where any action of User and other members are displayed under Recent Activity. You can post message, photo, video and can also like, comment to other member s posts. All these posts can be restricted via Settings Icon. (Refer for Settings Icon description) 26

27 Recent activity 6.4 Active Users Active Users are members who are still in active. It can be filtered by gender (All, Female and Male. In addition to it, refresh button is displayed so that it refreshes and displays active users alone. 7. Left Menu Left menu is where most of the functionalities are listed. 27

29 7.1 Find People Find People allows to search any member by typing the name in the text field and view the profile 29

30 7.2 Username You can view your Username below the Find People text field. 7.3 Update Account You can add currency to your account and pay for any services whenever required. Clicking button displays Add money to account page 30

31 Enter the currency and choose payment mode by clicking the drop down options as shown in the below image. After successful payment, currency paid will be displayed next to Update account button and you will receive an to your registered ID for the payment done. 31

32 7.4 Home Page Clicking Homepage navigates the user to User Page. It displays the recent activity of all members in daalou. Refer 6. User Page for details. 7.5 Search People You can find people from Search People option. Clicking this option displays Find People My Friends My Blacklist My Favourites My Special Match My Guests People Near Me 32

33 7.5.1 Find People You can search people with few criteria s like Gender, ages, location, Online/Offline members from Find People option. Gender: Male/Female Ages: Location: Any location can be selected from the auto fill field On/Off Member who are Online/Offline status My Friends Refer

34 7.5.3 My Blacklist My Blacklist displays the list of members who are added to blacklist. If the user doesn t wants to be contacted by any member, then such member can be added in My Blacklist by following the below steps. Step 1: View the member s profile whom you don t want to be contacted and select Add to Blacklist as shown in the below image Step 2: Adding the member to My Blacklist will be listed in Menu >> Search People >> My Blacklist My Favourites Refer My Special Match Refer My Guests Refer

35 7.5.7 People Near Me People near me will display the google maps and the members are listed below the map according the distance covered in it. 35

36 7.6 Communication Communication refers interacting or exchanging any information by sending and receiving mails, winks, Kisses, Video Chat. Any communication received will notify the user in Group icon. Under communication below listed functionalities are displayed. Mailbox Winks Kisses Video chat 36

37 INBOX OUTBOX DRAFTS TRASH SPAM WRITE A MESSAGE Mailbox Mailbox is the destination to which electronic mail messages are received and sent Inbox Inbox is where you receive new mails from members and it is stored. Left Menu New/unread mails: Check All: Mark as Spam: To differentiate New/Unread mails it is displayed in bold letters & read mails are in normal text. It is a check box option to select all mails. Spam means the odd mails or unnecessary mails coming from difference sources. Such s can be moved under Spam Tab by selecting the mail and click Mark as Spam. 38

39 Remove message: Delete the message. Click to select the message and then click Remove message. It will be moved to Trash mailbox Search Messages: Mails in inbox are more and if the user finds it difficult to search any particular mail, then it can be searched by typing the sender s name in the search text field Outbox Sent mails are listed in Outbox tab. Check All: It is a check box option to select all mails. Search Messages: Mails in Outbox are more and if the user finds it difficult to search any particular mail, then it can be searched by typing the sender s name in the search text field. Remove Message: Delete the message. Click to select the message and then click Remove message. It will be moved to Trash mailbox Drafts A draft is simply an message you haven t yet sent. An is moved to Draft tab by clicking Save as Draft. Open the message and send it. It s a simple solution: You open the message, review it, edit it, and touch it up, and then click the Send button to zip the along its merry way. 39

40 Check All: It is a check box option to select all mails. Search Messages: Mails in Drafts are more and if the user finds it difficult to search any particular mail, then it can be searched by typing the sender s name in the search text field. Remove Message: Delete the message. Click to select the message and then click Remove message. It will be moved to Trash mailbox Trash Trash means the mails you deleted from your inbox/outbox/drafts Check All: It is a check box option to select all mails. Search Messages: Mails in Trash are more and if the user finds it difficult to search any particular mail, then it can be searched by typing the sender s name in the search text field. Remove from trash: s are moved back to the respective folder. Click to select the message and then click Remove from trash. It will be moved back to inbox/outbox/drafts Permanent Delete: s are deleted permanently from the mailbox. It cannot be retrieved. Click to select the message and then click Permanent delete. 40

Search Messages: Mails in Trash are more and if the user finds it difficult to search any particular mail, then it can be searched by typing the sender s name in the search text field. Remove from Spam: s from Spam tab can be moved back to the respective folder by selecting the mail and click Remove from Spam. 41

42 Write a Message Write a message is to draft/compose an . Save as draft: User: Manual Save - After composing an it can be saved by clicking Save as draft. Automatic Save - Every will be saved automatically for every 10 seconds & will be saved in drafts tab ( Message Saved will be displayed for every automatic save) User is an auto-fill text field. Member names will be listed automatically when the user types the name in the auto fill text field and the user can add the recipient names by clicking Add to my friends list Winks Refer

43 7.6.3 Kisses Refer Activities Media Gallery is listed under Activities and it is where all Photos & videos are displayed. User can also add new photos and videos. Gallery has 4 tabs in which photos and videos are segregated in separate tabs (All, Photo, Video, and Albums) 7.8 Settings Account settings is where id and password can be changed. Delete Profile Permanently: 43

44 User can delete his/her profile permanently from daalou. All posts will be deleted and will not be displayed anywhere in the site. 7.9 Account/My Account My account allows the user to view/pay membership fees and other additional services. Paid Services Payments history Memberships Paid Services Under Paid Services two tabs will be displayed where additional services are displayed in PAID SERVICES tab and paid services are listed under MY SERVICES tab. Daalou provides three additional services (a). Featured Users, (b). Highlight in search and (c). Lift up in search. 44

45 Featured Users Purpose of this service is User s logo will be listed at the top of the page so that other members can view your profile picture and by clicking it, member will be navigated to the User s page. To become a featured user, you have to pay and it is valid for 30 days only. After successful payment a message will be displayed Thank you for your purchase. Featured users service is successfully activated and immediately your Profile logo will be displayed in Featured user s list. Featured Users Service activated Successful message 45

46 Highlight in Search Purpose of this service is User s profile will be highlighted when the user is searched in Find People & Special Match to attract the members. To highlight your profile, you have to pay 4.00 and it is valid for 30 days only. After successful payment a message will be displayed Thank you for your purchase. Highlight in search service is successfully activated and immediately your Profile will be highlighted. Members who searches your profile via Find People or Special match can view your profile with a blue border. NOTE: You cannot view the highlighted service. Only other members can view your profile highlighted. After activation Successful message After successful activation, User s profile will be highlighted with a blue border. 47 Lift up in Search Purpose of this service is User s profile will be displayed at the top when the user is searched in Find People & Special Match. To lift up your profile in search, you have to pay 6.00 and it is valid for 30 days only. After successful payment a message will be displayed Thank you for your purchase. Lift up in search service is successfully activated and immediately your Profile will be displayed first in search. Members who searches your profile via Find People or Special match can view your profile at top of all other profiles. NOTE: You cannot view the Lift up in search service. Only other members can view your profile in search. 47

49 7.9.3 Membership Membership is where the User can choose either free membership or paid membership daalou allows members to prefer for free/paid membership. Standard Membership Premium Membership 49

50 Standard Membership Standard Membership is where Users become members by registering in daalou and enjoys free membership like Favourites, Friends list, Mailbox, IM Chat, People near me, Winks, Kisses and Lucky wheel with some limitations. 57 Member s short profile info Member s Uploads Member s Profile New Users 8.1 Member s short profile information It displays Member s name, Online/Offline status, age, looking for: friendship/relationship, location. Below the member s short profile information, some additional functionalities are provided so that user can contact the member in an easy way. Send message: User can send a message. (I.e. user can draft and send an from member s page itself) Add Friend: clicking this link, Member will receive friend request. Remove friendship request: User can remove this member from friendship requests list. Add to blacklist: clicking this link, Member will be added to blacklist. Refer for more details. Remove from blacklist: This will remove the member from your blacklist page Add to favourites: Clicking this link, Member will be added to your favourite s page. Remove from favourites: This will remove the member from your favourite s page. 57

Video Chat: clicking this link, if the member is Online, then user can directly contact the member in video chat by sending a request. 59 9.1 Write off funds Write off funds means User can pay a bulk amount and can deduct from it whenever needed. Please Refer 7.3 Update account where an amount is credited to daalou account and it will be deducted whenever we buy any service or to extend validity for Premium membership. 9.2 Micropayment - Credit Card credit card. Micropayment refers to Credit card payment. User can make payment via his/her How to make payment with credit card? Step 1: When you want to pay for Premium membership, choose Micropayment (Credit card) and confirm the payment. This navigates the user to the Credit card information page. Check the price before confirming the payment. Step 2: Type the Card holder name (same as mentioned in the card), ID, Card No., Valid until (Expiry month and year), CVC code and finally click Continue button. NOTE: Please check the below image. Sample card details have been filled for user s understanding. Step 3: Confirmation page will be displayed. Check the card details and price once again and click Pay now to make payment. After successful payment, User will be navigated back to daalou User page. 59

60 9.3 Micropaymentcallpay - Call to Pay Call to pay mode is payment done by calling a number which is provided by daalou. To pay via Call to pay, select Micropaymentcallpay and the user will be navigated to Pay by Phone / Call with a phone number. User has to call the mentioned number and proceed as instructed over phone. NOTE: User can pay only maximum per call and if the user wants to pay additional price, then user can continue/extend the call with automated phone menu options. 9.4 MicropaymentDD - Debit card debit card. MicropaymentDD refers to Debit card payment. User can make payment via his/her How to make payment with Debit card? Step 1: When you want to pay for Premium membership with debit card, choose MicropaymentDD (Debit card) and confirm the payment. This navigates the user to the Debit card information page.
