4 1. OVERVIEW This document outlines the detailed description regarding CA integration with FEBA. Where user can set Personal assurance message, Image, Question & Answer and Smart OTP. After CA integration OTP will send and validate only by CA system. And risk evaluation will be taken care by CA system only. Depending on the risk, Q&A and Smart OTP will be challenged during login into e-banking application. User can set Personal assurance message, Image, Question & Answer during first time login and register to Smart OTP in device as per the instructions received on mail. OTP provisioning and authorization throughout the application will be done using CA system. During login into e-banking application, risk evaluation will be carried out and as per the advice from CA, the user s login flow will be handled. The various risk factors available are ALLOW, DENY, MEDIUM, HIGH. Depending on the risk, Q&A or Smart OTP will be challenged. Pam text and Image will be displayed in application login authentication screen with help of it user can identify his account. User can Reset Q&A and smart OTP after login. In case user has forgotten the Q&A or Smart OTP Pin or Lost his smart OTP device, he can reset the same using before login links available in application login screen. PAM image and text selection is one time setup and no reset option available for the same. Page 4 of 33

6 2) Option to enter either OTP or Smart OTP was given. By default OTP screen was set. Otp or Smart Otp will be asked based on the Risk Evaluation. 3) Smart Otp Screen 3) Personal Assurance Message Page 6 of 33

7 During the first time login user will set Personal Assurance Message (PAM) is a text string and image. Next time login Personal Assurance Message (PAM) text string and image will represent's user identification. This is only one time setup of image and text. 3)Question and Answer After Personal Assurance Message Registration, User needs to register for Questions and Answer. Page 7 of 33

8 As per the Risk Analysis Questions and answer will challenge to user during next time Login. 3) Smart OTP After Question and answer registration, Smart OTP registration will sent to user with below details. Hi User, For Smart OTP Registration please download the below application from Google play Store or apple store. 11 3) During second time login as per the risk advice given by ca systems, user will challenge with Smart OTP or Questions & Answer if Risk advice is Medium then user will challenge with Question and answer. if Risk advice is High than user will challenge with OTP or Smart OTP(User Choice). 16 5) During authentication if number of attempts exceed the maximum authentication limit or Q&A is in active. Please click on Q&A reset link again. User can reset the question and answer. Page 16 of 33

23 8 OTP PREFERENCE OPTION OTP Preference Option was given in Preferences tab in My Profile and General Services Menu. In preferences Tab In General Services Menu Based on the previous preference set by the user the Authentication is asked.(by default Otp will be set.) If Otp is selected Page 23 of 33

24 If Smart OTP is selected Then The User can select the either of the Preference So that the user will be asked according to his preference throughout the Application. If the user is not registered for the Smart Otp He can Opt either of the OTP Type's After Submitting Page 24 of 33

25 The Selected Preference will be applied post re-login. This Preference will not be applicable for Forgot Smart OTP Pin/Lost Device link on the Login page and at login (User can choose either of the options OTP or Smart OTP at login time if prompted.) Page 25 of 33

26 9 REGISTRATION STEPS FOR SMART OTP 1)Download the Application from Google play store or Apple store. 2) Open the Ca Technologies Application and enter the URL which is mentioned in 3)Enter UserId which is mentioned in User Id= Page 26 of 33
