3 Key contacts We would like to take the opportunity to introduce a number of key people within Latchways who you can contact for support regarding any queries you may have. Head of Sales Latchways Head of Sales delivers the company strategy for the relevant business sectors and manage the activities of the Account Managers. They oversee the geographical Sales team, ensuring the right level of support is provided to our Registered Installers. The Head of Sales for Asia-Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), Middle East and Africa (ME&A) is Mandeep Bajwa. Mandeep can be contacted via at mandeep.bajwa@latchways.com or via telephone +44 (0) Account Manager Latchways Account Managers manage the mutual development of the business and ensure that Latchways delivers the overall service to generate growth. In addition, your Account Manager will: Provide day to day contact Assist you with client support Assist with commercial queries Assist with specific presentations Provide regular updates concerning Latchways products, including new product developments. 4 Sales Support We take support and on-going service to our network of registered installer companies seriously. As such, we have a dedicated Sales Support Manager - Eve Hodgson, whose team covers Customer Services and Lead Tracking. Eve s team are also responsible for technical enquiries on all Latchways products including: Standard fixing details System layout/design advice for all Latchways Systems Support with use of the Extranet - Including the 'Online' product selector linked to technical datasheets, standard details and roofing system manufacturer approval letters. Eve should be your first point of contact for technical enquiries and can be reached via at eve.hodgson@latchways.com or via telephone +44 (0) The team also includes two Lead Tracking Co-ordinators, Robert Eardley and Michelle Wright, who undertake: Desk based research and tracking of major global projects Lead handling and coordination Liaison with partner manufacturers such as Kalzip and Sika Competitor/SWOT analyses Close liaison with Latchways Registered Installers Page 4

5 Customer Services The Customer Services team is also managed by Eve Hodgson and comprises of Alan Maslen - Customer Services Supervisor and Claire Cox - Customer Services Co-ordinator. To place an order for parts or check product availability, please contact either Alan at alan.maslen@latchways.com or Claire at claire.cox@latchways.com. When placing an order, please provide a Purchase Order (PO) that is attached to your in a separate document. The PO must contain the following information: Company name PO number Reference (e.g. project name, stock order) Description per component (including part number) Quantity per component Unit price Total price Delivery address Shipping instruction (any preferred shipping company) Any other information, for example - instructions for stamping by customs to release the goods. Besides processing orders, you can contact our Customer Services department for queries regarding: Deliveries Component prices Access to Latchways calculation software For all other enquiries and/or requirements please contact Eve Hodgson via at eve.hodgson@latchways.com or via telephone +44 (0) Accounts/Finance Department Should you have a financial query, please contact your Account Manager in the first instance so that the correct contact can be established. 6 Useful information Training Latchways offer a variety of training courses, including a full Installer Training Course which all registered installers must undertake. All training will be conducted within Latchways facilities in Devizes, United Kingdom. Latchways records all details of any training undertaken. A certificate will be issued to all personnel who successfully complete the programme - which can be renewed on an annual basis up to a maximum of 5 years. Annual training dates are published at the start of each calendar year and communicated by to all installers. Installer Extranet The Installer Extranet - is an excellent resource for all technical information you might require including product datasheets and bulletins. In addition, the Extranet can also be used to request copies of videos, logos, animations and high-res imagery (the use of which must be approved by the Latchways Marketing Department before publication). Please check the Extranet on a regular basis for important technical updates and product change notifications. The Extranet is a secure site accessed only when login details have been set up. 7 Marketing Latchways has worked hard to establish a strong brand identity and we work closely with installers to maintain the strength and integrity of the brand. The marketing department is made up by Pip Applegate - Marketing Manager and Fizz Shearcroft - Marketing Co-ordinator. We welcome and encourage installers to use the resources available to them from the marketing department all of which can be found on the Installer Extranet. This includes videos, logos, animations, high-res imagery and a catalogue of supporting items available for purchase. For any other marketing queries, please marketing@latchways.com. Installer Communications Installers are kept informed of both industry and company changes with regular communications sent out from Latchways. These s are then also accessible on the extranet. These s are sent out through a 3 rd party and will always end Whilst every effort is made to ensure that they reach your inbox, it is worth checking your own spam filters to ensure a message with this sort of address does not get blocked.
