George Kyriakis, Vice President Channel Partners PointClickCare Partner Network Overview The Partner Network is designed to help connect our clients with a growing ecosystem of PointClickCare partners who represent best-of-breed solutions for senior care. These partners include Technology, Professional Services, Supply and Purchasing companies. Together with our partners, we are developing innovative solutions that solve complex business problems and create new revenue opportunities. We have tailored this program to enable our partners to engage and collaborate with PointClickCare while recognizing partner commitment. Partner Tiers The PointClickCare Partner Network offers a tiered program with three levels of membership attainment, which differ in their requirements and associated benefits. TIER ONE Premier Partner - 0 Qualifying Points The Premier Partner tier is for partners that have established a relationship with PointClickCare and have demonstrated exceptional performance and contribution to expanding our footprint within the senior care market. With a focus on developing growth opportunities for both parties, this partnership will require a high degree of joint collaboration, internal resources and marketing efforts to ensure mutual success. PREMIER PARTNER 204

3 TIER TWO Alliance Partner - 5 Qualifying Points Alliance Partners have established a relationship with PointClickCare to offer solutions or services that complement and enhance the PointClickCare product suite. Partners at this level are required to invest in marketing and sales efforts. ALLIANCE PARTNER 204 TIER THREE Authorized Partner - Qualifying Point The Authorized Partner tier will be of interest to start-ups or small organizations that have limited resources but still offer a solution or service that helps enhance the PointClickCare experience for our customers. AUTHORIZED PARTNER 204 Membership Requirements Each partner is enrolled into a specific tier at the beginning of each calendar year. Qualification for each tier is determined by how many qualifying points the partner has generated during the previous year. Partners are eligible to move to a higher tier should they meet the minimum points requirement during a qualifying year.

4 PointClickCare Partner Network 204 PointClickCare Partner Network Qualifiers Qualifiers # of Points Generated Closed Referral - that has generated more than $20,000 in annual recurring revenue Closed Referral - that has generated less than $20,000 in annual recurring revenue.5 Certified Integration - approved integration through PointClickCare s Vendor Integration Services Certified PointClickCare Trainers - Based on 4 or more PointClickCare certified clinical or financial trainers Trainer Survey - All certified trainers must maintain a cumulative average score of 4.2 or above in PointClickCare s project-based trainer surveys Marketing - partner led marketing program that has generated at least 0 PointClickCare qualified leads NOTE: The PointClickCare Partner Network program is reviewed annually. Changes may occur as PointClickCare continues to expand and make enhancements to the program. PointClickCare will notify you accordingly.
