9 Logging a Move When your annual permit is approved and you need to log a move, log in click on Dashboard/List of Applications 9

10 Find your approved annual permit, click on the menu bar and select Add Move Log. (Confirm Yes) *if you have outstanding invoices due, they will appear on the bottom* 10

11 At the top of the page, find the Move Log tab and click on it. (A number in parentheses indicates other logs have been added) 11

Depending on what you are moving, you may be requested to provide that information even if not traveling over a bridge. Complete the fields and click Next. 12

After you have submitted your log, you will be redirected back to the Annual Permit page.

Staff will review your application and you will receive an with advising of the status of the application and a link back to the permit. From the approved permit, click on the Move Log tab. 13

14 Find your approved log and click on the menu bar next to it then click view. Click the Print: Annual Oversize Moving Permit tab for a printable permit to carry in your vehicle. 14
