2 These are the terms of our agreement together: 1.Authorization The above-named Client is engaging PocketApp.in a Mobile Apps Development Service BRAND of SWS Inc., here after known as Developer, a software firm, located at Lingipur, Post Sisupalgarh, PS- Dhauli, Bhubaneswar As an independent developer for the specific purpose of developing their MOBILE APP/SOFTWARE under the following terms and conditions. 2. Proposed APP Name (Subject to availability of the Name): Proposed Domain Name (Subject to availability of the Name): Mobile APP Development Package Availed: Payment Of Fees: 50% 70% 100%

Maintenance and Grace Period: There will be one month grace period for maintenance of the website after its completion that may include updating links and making minor changes to its contents or uploading images to the site. No Major changes are allowed in the grace period such as Logo alteration, changing of header banner and sliders, background color or theme! Note : - 1. Once the website is complete and the Access Details are sent to the customers they should change all the passwords immediately and should keep a track of that as we will not be responsible for any change in the website there after. 2. If the client makes any major changes to the website from his/her side without notifying the developer then he/she will be completely responsible for any problem that arises with the website or App. 7. Copyrights and Trademarks The Client represents to Developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Developer for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client. 8. PocketApp.inAd Section on Your Website The Developer will mention its own website link on the footer section of your website and APP and will show the site in its portfolio 9. Three Years Web Media Partnership Contract: The Client here by agrees to make PocketApp.in his mobile web media partner for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of signing this agreement by continually doing the renewal of the domain name and web hosting yearly from the date of domain and Web hosting purchase. After only completion of the agreement period (i.e. three years after the initial signing of this agreement) the client will be eligible to get access of all ftp files of its website for transferring to others. NB: However in case of any special circumstances the client may be allowed (within 3 years) to transfer its domain to other web hosting company by paying extra one year renewal charges.

Documents to be supplied for development of website: Client should provide all required information; logo and other relevant images by to may also hand over their brochure, leaflets or photos to our executives in the time of agreement. A confirmation message and a digital copy of invoice will be ed to the client after receiving the documents. The more specific information you provide the better result we can give! 11. Support Service We are always available (24X7) to support our clients in case of any technical problem regarding their websites or software.
