2 Introduction Thank you for considering N.P. Matthews to make your church s new mobile application. We know we can develop an app for you that will make it easier for people in your congregation to connect with the church. These are some needs and our solutions that we gathered from talking to Ginny Hannen and getting her input. Needs Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church (SAFMC) needs a mobile application in order to: Simplify online giving as well as make it more accessible Integrate easy to access calendar that is synced to main calendar on website Make finding information and signing up for small groups easier Provide a paperless program option Solutions We will develop a simple to use and accessible mobile application that will: Give a simple online giving solution by connecting credit card Allow easy access to the already established church calendar Create a small groups portal with lists and expandable information Program the app to bring up a digital copy of the program on the home page We will also provide a place for church staff members can communicate with the congregation more easily

3 Content Management System (CMS) ShareFaith will be the Content Management System (CMS) that will allow SAFMC to make changes easily to the app, without requiring a dedicated workstation or additional software. Not only will the CMS save SAFMC app revision costs but it will also ensure that the app stays fresh and up to date. Application Organization The app will have the following pages: Home page with easy access to that morning s program, contact information/address, service times, and mobile giving There will also be a section of this week s events that are linked from the church main calendar An about page with statements of faith, pastor/staff bios, and the address and contact information again A connect page where there will be an in-depth list of small groups. There will be information on how to join them, meeting times, and contact information for the group leaders. A media page where there will be livestreaming and a backlog of previous sermons All of these categories will be on the homepage, but also follow the user no matter where they go. They will always be in the top left hand corner and look like this: Any more pages that need to be added or modified will be changeable through our CMS setup.

4 Workflow Initial Design We will provide sketches, rough outlines, color designs, and other aesthetic and structural options for your review before we get started. Initial design testing with wireframes will be performed before moving on with permanent design decisions. There will be one final check with you before design and layout is programmed. Training Once we re done and we ve sent all of our information to the CMS, we will provide a training session to your content managers to help them understand how to edit, update, change, and do whatever they need with their new app. Launch When the app is completed and ready, we will handle adding it to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. There we can provide a quick access link or QR code for you to share with the congregation.

Other Services $300 Website/App Hosting As part of our current CMS package, we are offering website and app hosting. $100 Domain Name Registration As part of our current CMS package, we are offering a domain name registration. $50

7 (This content is adapted from Sunny Web Shops Sample Proposal) Fee Schedule If Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church wants N.P. Matthews to go forward with the project, here is the schedule for payments of the fee: 50% due upon acceptance of the proposal before work starts 25% due upon delivering the completed design with the content management system in place 25% plus any incurred additional hourly fees no later than 30 days from when the completed design was delivered to SAFMC N.P. Matthews will launch the app when requested, as long as no balance due. Terms and Conditions Once project fee is paid in full to N.P. Matthews any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork given to SAFMC for inclusion in app are owned by SAFMC. N.P. Matthews assumes SAFMC has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by N.P. Matthews for inclusion in the app, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend N.P. Matthews from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements. N.P. Matthews retains the right to display graphics and other app content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. N.P. Matthews also retains the right to place a discreet text link at the bottom of the app home screen. The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between SAFMC and N.P. Matthews regarding all items included in this

8 agreement. Next Steps To proceed with this project, SAFMC is required to take the following steps: 1. Accept the proposal "as is" or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply. 2. Finalize and sign the contract. 3. Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee. Once these steps have been completed we will gladly start work on your project. Thank you!
