In today s digital age, good design goes a long way and people expect a higher level of custom brand design. I specialize in creating unique branding solutions for small to medium size business owners primarily in the creative industry. I work directly with my clients to get to know their business and create a unique brand that reflects their personal style. My goal is to help your brand shine and build a lasting connecting with your targeted consumers! It s my goal to make sure your new brand design feels personal and powerful in order to appeal to the right clients for your business, while remaining true to you. I take on a very limited number of new clients per month to ensure that each project receives the time and attention it deserves. My business model focuses on excellent client service and personalized, creative branding strategies. You work directly with me as we design the perfect brand for your business. All branding companies are different, from our design styles to our processes and packages. With that in mind, this little pricing pdf will help explain my process and how I work here. Each package includes pricing, timeline and deliverable details so that you may find the product that best fits your needs.

3 BRAND DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT Whether you are creating a new business or looking to revamp your existing business, the brand development package is the perfect option for you! My goal is to create a final product that reflects your personal style while delivering an effective marketing tool for your business for years to come. This package includes a full brand design experience along with matching print collateral, full social media kit and brand launch material. LOGO DESIGN MOOD BOARD :: Creation of a curated mood board and color palette with inspirational imagery that defines your style and brand message. LOGO VARIATIONS :: Includes four logo design variations incorporating the colors established in your mood board. Each variation is unique in style, layout and fonts. BRAND STYLE BOARD :: Detailed brand board including the logo, color palette, secondary logo, submark, brand elements, font recommendations, and pattern/texture recommendations. FINAL FILES :: All items from your brand style board delivered as individual files in.jpg,.png, and.eps format. You will also receive a custom color guide with CMYK, web and Pantone suggestions. BRAND DESIGN BUSINESS CARDS :: Custom designed business card based around your brand. STATIONERY :: Custom designed letterhead + envelope design in the size of your choice. STAMP/STICKER :: Design of either a custom wood/wax stamp or custom sticker or hangtag design of your choice. SOCIAL MEDIA COVERS :: Design of a Facebook cover photo and Twitter banner image. Profile images based on logo design. LAUNCH MATERIAL :: Complete mockup of brand items and website for social pages, blog, posts, etc. as well as a Just Launched graphic to share on social media. TOTAL INVESTMENT: starting at $1,500 BRAND DEVELOPMENT TIMELINE WEEK 1: WEEK 2: WEEK 3: WEEK 4: 4 6 weeks Brand discovery worksheets completed Brainstorm call to discuss worksheets and vision Curated mood board delivered First round brand design delivered Client feedback due Second round brand revisions due back to client if needed Client approval Files delivered Launch your new brand! NOTE :: Each print item receives one round of revisions. You will receive PDF files for each brand design piece and.jpg files for the Facebook/Twitter page designs. All vector files are an additional cost. Fonts are not included and design files are an additional charge. Files will be delivered via Dropbox shared file. Print quote available (includes print handling fee). Payment D E TA I L S Package total is divided into 2 equal payments of $1,000. The first payment is due upon contract signing and required to hold your spot in the queue (non-refundable). The second and final project payment is due at project completion/design approval from client and before any final logo/branding files are delivered to client. Please note that any additional changes or revisions will be billed my hourly rate of $80/hour.

4 WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT As a designer and developer, I design with development in mind and develop with design in mind. I want the functionality of your site to be as seamless as the design. I spend time getting to know your target audience and how best they will be served by your site. Built on the widely popular Wordpress platform, I develop a unique, user-friendly, exceptionally designed site that lives and breathes your company values, mission and goals. WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT HOMEPAGE DESIGN :: Customized design can include image slider, scrolling page design, widgetized call to action buttons, social icons, blog feed snippet, testimonials, widgetized footer sections, etc. INTERIOR PAGES :: Includes the design and content import of up to five interior pages (e.g., about, services, gallery, contact, portfolio, etc). Please note that additional pages will be billed at my hourly rate. BLOG DESIGN :: Includes a custom built blog with a full or partial post blog feed integration. Can include either left or right sidebar, with up to 4 customized sidebar widgets (ex: about/bio, social media integration, call to action button, etc). Blog also includes a clean and easy to navigate archives and categories page. MOBILE DESIGN :: Custom designed mobile site to match existing design. This is a simplified version of the desktop site. TEST SITE :: Every site is built on a separate test site and once all content is finalized the site will be transferred to the live site. A custom Coming Soon page will either be activated on the site if it is empty or else placed on the existing live site while the new site is transferring (24-48 hours). TUTORIAL :: Included in the web package is a 30-minute tutorial sessions to learn the backend functionality of the Wordpress Content Management System. Additional time may be purchased by client if needed. TOTAL INVESTMENT: starting at $2,500 WEB DEVELOPMENT TIMELINE WEEK 1: WEEK 2: WEEK 3: WEEK 4: WEEK 5: WEEK 6: 6 8 weeks Brand discovery worksheets completed Brainstorm call to discuss worksheets and vision Client to provide website content to WMC All web pages designed with provided content and presented in PDF format Client to review and return changes to WMC Final site with any revisions presented to client for final approval Website goes into development Site content uploaded Test site shown to client for approval New site uploaded to your server You re live! Let s celebrate! NOTES :: Each mockup item receives one round of revisions. Files will be delivered via Dropbox. All additional revisions will be billed at my hourly rate. Additional pages, functionality and/or integrations will be an additional fee (see page 5 for pricing). Payment D E TA I L S Website package total is divided into 3 payments. The non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing, the second payment is due before development phase and final project payment is due at project completion/launch. If purchased with the branding development package, the full amount of the project is split into 4 payments due across the course of the project. Please note that any additional changes or revisions will be billed my hourly rate of $80/hour.

This informational sheet is a general pricing list and services are not limited to the list above. Please contact me for a custom quote on your project. Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at our hourly rate of $80. Please note that I ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project pushbacks and additional charges. I preserve the right to display and market all work completed as a result of this agreement.
