1 Guide to Move Money eapproval tools Using electronic approval tools is the fastest, safest way to help your clients approve Move Money requests from their mobile devices or the web. You can monitor all electronic Move Money requests from Schwab Advisor Center. Choose from the options below to review each experience. Approving via mobile Approving via web 20

21 >> Client experience: Move Money eapproval tools >> Approving via mobile Client experience: Approving via mobile When you send a Move Money request for a client to approve, he or she will receive a push notification on his or her mobile device. Your client then logs into the Schwab mobile app with Schwab Alliance credentials. Nicole Nickel 21

In these cases, the client can receive a text or call from Schwab that will provide a one-time access code. If the client can t receive a text or call to the mobile number on file with Schwab, he or she can call a Schwab representative to get the code. Once the client has received the code, he or she will be prompted to enter it, and click Continue to proceed
