New User Registration mystreetscape New User Registration The mystreetscape new user registration function allows you to self-register for access to mystreetscape without assistance from the Correspondent Home Office, thus obtaining a user ID and establishing the password yourself. The mystreetscape new user registration function allows the end investor to access their brokerage account online and have the option to go paperless by signing up for e-notification. An investor must have an active brokerage account in order to register for a mystreetscape ID and PIN. The Investor must be listed as a holder on an active brokerage account in order to register for a mystreetscape ID The Investor must have a Social Security number (SSN) When registering online for a new mystreetscape ID, by default, the Investor will have access to all accounts on which they are listed as a holder. As new accounts are opened, they will be systematically linked to the appropriate Investor ID. Joint Account - Both Account Holders will have the ability to register for a mystreetscape ID and PIN. Trust Account - Everyone listed as a Holder on the Account has the ability to register for a mystreetscape ID and PIN How to Register for a mystreetscape ID Go to If you do not see the Cambridge logo, you are not on the correct site. Click the Register Now link on the Login Page. The Register Now window opens asking you to verify your identity. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN), your first and last name, and your date of birth by selecting month, day, and year from the drop-down lists then click Next. mystreetscape New User Registration and Paperless Sign-Up Guide 3

4 Enter an account number for the site you wish to access and click Next. Enter password and Security Question and Answer (SQA) information and click Next. 5 You can print the confirmation page by clicking the Print icon. Click Continue to home page to proceed directly to the consumer brokerage site landing page. A. Log In To log in, go to If you do not see the Cambridge logo, you are not on the correct site. 6 B. Forgot/Reset Password The password reset function allows you to reset your password. If this is your first time logging in, or if you would like to change your password, click Forgot/Reset My PASSWORD. Enter your User ID and click Next. Confirm your new password in the second box. You will need to set up a security question which will allow you to reset your password at a later date, if needed. Select a question from the drop-down menu and enter your unique answer in the Your Answer field. You will be prompted to re-enter your answer. Click Submit. The screen similar to the one below confirms that you have successfully created a new password and security question. 7 C. Add Security Questions If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to enter security questions for your User ID on a screen similar to the one below. Click Add Security Questions. After you have selected your security questions and provided your unique answers, click Submit. mystreetscape New User Registration and Paperless Sign-Up Guide 7

8 D. User Aggreement The screen similar to the one below confirms your security question entry success. Click Next. The screen similar to the one below is the User Agreement. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Accept after you have read and agree to the terms of use. Click Continue to complete the Nasdaq User Agreement. The screen similar to the one below confirms that you have completed the Nasdaq User Agreement. Click OK. E. Accounts Page The screen below is the Accounts page for mystreetscape. Consider this the home page. On this page, you will find a general overview of each account associated with the Login ID. mystreetscape New User Registration and Paperless Sign-Up Guide 8

Go Paperless Enroll in electronic delivery for all of your accounts. mystreescape will send you an alert when your financial documents (e.g., statements and confirms) are available to view online. To sign up for paperless options, click on the Enroll Now link at the bottom of your screen. The screen similar to the one below pinpoints this location. This will open a new window. Select each account associated with your User ID to set up the edelivery options. The top section lists your accounts. Click on the account you want to setup and it will highlight it in blue. mystreetscape New User Registration and Paperless Sign-Up Guide 9

10 A. Add or Edit Address To add or edit the address, click Edit in blue text under Address. This will bring up a popup that allows you to input your address. Enter your address in both boxes and click Apply in the bottom right corner of your screen. The box should disappear, bringing you back to the Document Delivery Instructions box. B. edelivery Options Select Electronic Delivery for the documents you would like to receive electronic statements for, or if you want to select all options, click Set all documents to electronic delivery. 11 You are now setup to receive electronic delivery. You will receive electronic notifications which will include a link or Internet address (URL) where the document(s) can be accessed, viewed, and printed, and you will be provided with instructions on how to access the documents. C. Electronic Notification Agreement Per SEC regulations, a client must give informed consent to stop the mailing of paper statements and confirms. Due to these regulations, the client must read and accept the license agreement on a screen similar to the one below. mystreetscape New User Registration and Paperless Sign-Up Guide 11

12 After accepting the Electronic Notification Agreement, you will return to the main page. Please confirm that your settings are correct. *Please note: If you do not sign up for paperless statements, they will be delivered to you via U.S. Mail. You will need to complete the same steps for all of your accounts. If at any time after consenting to the electronic notification program you wish to receive a paper copy of a document made available to you for online viewing, you will need to request the paper copy from Cambridge.
