4 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Login Welcome to the HomEquity Bank e Store, where you will have the ability to download, print your own customized materials and purchase printed marketing collateral and promotional products. Basically your one stop HomEquity Bank store! To begin, go to When you first arrive on the HomEquity Bank e Store, you will be presented with a Login screen. Please click on Create an account and set up your account with the that you registered your certification with. Login Page Create an Account 4

5 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Navigation Bar The Navigation bar on the HomEquity Bank MBD e Store is easy to use. Below is a breakdown on what each of these buttons do, and how to properly navigate the e Store. The Home button is the home screen and the initial category selection page where you will select either English or French printed materials or promotional products. The Products button brings you to the same home screen where you select your English/French printed materials or Promotional Products. The Downloads button requires you to select English or French from a dropdown. Once you have selected your preferred language, you will be presented with the downloadable one page marketing collateral. These items can be downloaded and customized with your information and then printed on your own printers prior to your meetings. The Order History button allows you to view a list of all of your previous orders and gives you an opportunity to either view the order details or reorder. This is the Settings page. Here you can update your profile, change your password and update or add a new address. If you plan to ship different items of your order to different locations, you must add a second address here so that at the checkout screen, you can choose from your dropdown list of addresses for each item shipped. Make sure to make your most frequently used address as your Primary. This will then be stored as the default address. The Shopping Cart lets you view all of your selected items and gives you an opportunity to view your running total and Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout. 5

6 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Profile Update Profile, Change Password and Update/Add Address To change your password, click on the Profile button on the Navigation bar and then click on the Password tab within the Profile Settings. Click on the Profile tab to update or change your profile information. Click on the My Addresses tab to add your current primary address (default) and add a new address if you are shipping different items from your order to multiple locations. If you forget your password, click the Reset Password button on the login screen. Click on the Profile button to access the Settings page. Here you can update your profile information, change your password and even update or add a new address to your account. Profile Settings Page 6

7 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Profile Update/Add Address You will see your primary address listed here. Click edit to change this, or click Add New Address to add multiple secondary addresses. These are used when you plan to ship different items from your order to different locations. Profile Settings My Addresses 7

Once you click Save, you will see that on the dropdown for your addresses, you will now have more than one. Once you have more than one address, please make sure to set your main address as your primary address. Profile Settings My Addresses 8

13 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Downloads (Eng/Fr) To print and customize the one page Marketing Collateral, click the Downloads button on the navigation bar and scroll down to English or French. Once you click the desired language for downloads, you will arrive at the Downloads page, which will list all of the one page Marketing Collateral with a download button. You can now download and save the chosen marketing collateral to your computer and customize it with your name/number and address to print (in the form fields on the bottom right). 14 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Promotional Products All of the HomEquity Bank promotional products are available on the e Store in English only. When you order the promotional items, please click one of the three quantity selections we have provided. Please order the promotional items at least 2 weeks in advance of your event to ensure that the items arrive on time. The promotional items are stored in a warehouse ready to ship. 16 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Shopping Cart Checkout Once you have checked over all of your items, make sure you have selected the correct quantities for each item and selected the correct shipping address(es). You can now proceed to process your order for shipment. Click on the Shopping Cart logo on the top right or simply click Shopping Cart on the navigation bar. You will be presented with this screen (right). In the event you need to change your shipping address or if you would like to ship to another location, click on the Profile Tab and follow instructions on page 6 8 of this manual. You have the option to ship your items to more than one location. For example, if you need to ship the CHIP brochures to your home instead of the office. Shopping Cart Order Summary 16

17 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Shopping Cart Checkout cont d If you notice that there is a mistake or if you decide at this point to add or remove an item on your order, you can simply click Continue Shopping in the Order Summary box on the right. Otherwise, click Proceed to Checkout to end your order and finalize shipment. Order Summary box Shipping costs will be calculated and ed to you, within one business day, for approval prior to shipping. Click Proceed to Checkout to end your order and finalize shipment. Click Continue Shopping to make changes or add to your order. 17

Here you will have to fill out your Credit Card information including the First and Last name on the card, the full credit card number, expiry date of the card and the CSV 3 digit Security Number. You will also see a message here asking you to acknowledge (with a checkmark) that your shipping charge will be calculated and sent to you in an after your order submission. You will then be required to reply to the shipping charge with an approval to proceed with processing the order. You will receive this shipping charge within one business day of your order submission with the Subject: HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Order #XXX Shipping Approval/Approbation des frais de livraison Checkout Screen 18

19 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Shopping Cart Confirmation Screen Once you click Submit, you will proceed to this Confirmation Screen. Your order is now pending your shipping charge confirmation. Upon approval, shipping will follow. 19 Please print or copy this screen for your records. This screen will show you the amount you have spent and your Order #, which will be important for tracking. You can also expand each of the products you ordered, on the bottom of the page, for details pertaining to each of the items in your order. 21 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store Purchase Process Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Login onto the MBD e Store. Enter your primary and/or secondary addresses in the Address tab of the Profile section. Select your items. Click on either the Marketing Collateral section to select brochures and marketing material or order promotional giveaways for your meetings. For print yourself/customize d materials, feel free to download and customize our marketing collateral in the Downloads section on your navigation bar. Check out. Once you have confirmed all of your items. Click on the Shopping Cart button on the top right (or on your navigation bar). You can now proceed for payment. Please make sure each item is sent to the correct address, as you can select from the address(es) you entered in the Profile tab. Enter Payment information. You will be prompted for your Credit Card information. Please confirm that you understand your shipping charges will be sent to you in an within 1 business day of your order. Approve Shipping Charge . Once you receive your shipping charge , you will be asked to reply with Yes, please proceed in order for your shipment to process. 21

23 HomEquity Bank MBD e Store FAQs Q: What if I processed my order and I made a mistake? A: Please rayacom@homequitybank.ca immediately so that we can correct your order before it is packed and shipped. Q: Why is the shipping cost not indicated on the checkout screen? A: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the location it is shipping to. In order for you to see the exact shipping cost, our vendor needs to pick your order and weigh the package before a precise amount can be sent to you. You will receive an with this cost within 24 hours of your order. Upon receipt of this , you will need to confirm your approval of the shipping cost by replying to the , in order to have the order processed to ship. Q: Where do the items ship? A: Your primary address is already prepopulated in the Profile section of the e Store. If you need to ship different items to different locations, the Profile section enables you to add or change your address. Q: What happens when inventory runs out? A: The marketing team will be tracking the inventory and will be alerted when a stock runs low. Once something runs low, we will order more. Q: What if I need a higher quantity than provided in the selection dropdown? A: Please rayacom@homequitybank.ca and let us know. Q: How long does a shipment take? A: Depending on where it is shipping to, the shipment is made via Purolator Ground and can take anywhere between 5 14 days. Please make sure to order well in advance of your meetings to ensure that the items arrive on time. 23
