3 GMAIL Account Send Attachments Access G-Mail Always LOG OUT of your Google Account! MOST ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ED TO ME Teacher will always specify the means of turning in work. 4 Access your Student NETWORK Folder Note: Work can be accessed & saved different ways 1) Click on Windows Icon 2) Click on Computer 3) Look under Computer for your Student ID# (Mrs. Livoti s has her name, yours will be your ID#) 4) Create a Subject Folder This is where SAVED work will be stored! Career Portals_Last Name_1 Keyboarding 2_Last Name_1 Career Portals 3_Last Name_ New folder Creates folders 5) Create SUB Folders within Subject Folder Example: Subject Folder Career Portals_LastName_1 SUB Folders by Unit with Subject Folder Warm Ups College Unit Employment Unit Page4

SAVING Work in Word, Power Point, and Excel Step 1 SAVE AS Step 2 Locating Student Network Folder Click on FILE Find the LOCATION you will SAVE your Work CLICK on SAVE AS (Always Save As) LOCATION is your Student NETWORK FOLDER Step 3 Subject Folder Open your Subject Folder Ex: Career Portals or Keyboarding Step 4 File Name When Saving ALL Work use the following format File Name - Assignment_First Last Name_Subject Initials (CP or KB)_Class Period CP Career Portals KB Keyboarding Example: College Pennant_Kevin Sanders_CP_1 Step 5 SAVE Page5
