At the end of the short ad they are asked to send a resume to an address. Step 2 E Mail Address 1 This address sends back an auto responder that thanks them for their resume and directs them to a Webpage. The webpage has a description of the job opening they are applying for. At the end of the description they are given a link in Survey Monkey. Step 3 Survey Monkey Here they will see a questionnaire of five essay questions that are the type of questions one would expect at the start of an interview. They are designed to make them talk about themselves and test their ability to write English. At the end of the Survey Monkey they are directed to a send an to a second address. Step 4 E Mail Address 2 This address sends back an auto responder thanking them for completing the survey monkey and directing them to follow a link to a web page. Step 5 Quiz On this webpage is a ten question quiz. The quiz is designed to test basic skills necessary for your job opening. At the end of the quiz they are asked to send an to a third address. Step 6 E Mail Address 3 This last sends an autoresponder congratulating your prospect for making it through the steps and promising to be in touch with them (by phone or ) within 48 hours.
