2 INTRODUCTION Audiotech was established to provide commercial and residential customers in South Africa and internationally with professionally designed integrated audio visual solutions. With offices in Johannesburg and Durban as well as affiliate office throughout South Africa and a substantial partner network throughout the African continent, we are geographically well positioned to take advantage of the local skills to provide professional local and international solutions. With over 15 years experience in the industry and having designed and supplied solutions ranging in complexity from an auditorium based on the World Bank to home theatre systems, Audiotech has the skills and experience to provide professional audio visual solutions to our customers. Over the years we have found that there are various ways of providing solutions, many of them functional but not always designed according to the customer s specific needs or budget. Solutions are often engineered using available supplier specific products which can impose limitations. At Audiotech we prefer to remain neutral with regards to the make and model of the products we supply, by creating a solution using best of breed products from all large and specialised manufacturers. Audiotech differentiates itself by adopting international principles and using international experience to create local and customised solutions. 5 AUDIO VISUAL INTERNATIONAL METHODOLOGY Due to the nature of our company and the solutions that we provide across the African continent we have used technology to bring our customer closer to us, meaning that we don t have to be in the same city or even country to design, supply and support complex, integrated audio visual solutions. With our engineering capabilities we design systems that allow us to know (very often before the customer contacts us) that there is a fault on site. We are able to diagnose and rectify the problem without dispatching an engineer. Our motivation is to create an environment that is simple to use and functional so that the user is able to use the technology to get his/her message across in the most effective way. The real skill is the integration of best of Breed products to produce a system that is future proof, able to be supported remotely and user friendly. Audiotech build our international systems with this methodology in mind which makes us fairly unique as well as one of very few companies that have installed audio visual systems in over 10 African countries. Our methodology in designing a residential audio visual system is to take into consideration all the external aspects of the home and lifestyle and provide a functional yet aesthetic, harmonious solution that all parties buy into. 7 OUR OFFERING Product Supply Audiotech supplies audiovisual products, which include; data/video projectors, screens, audio equipment, interactive whiteboards, video conferencing, audio conferencing, LED, LCD & plasma display devices etc. Turnkey Solutions Our turnkey Systems Integration team, design and install boardrooms, auditoriums and distance education solutions for effective meeting and presentation environments. Maintenance and Repairs As AudioTech s key focus is Exceptional Service, Professionalism and Integrity, this division is of key importance in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We have therefore invested heavily in resources and expertise for this division. There are 3 parts to our Maintenance & Repairs division: 1. Carry-in repairs 2. On site call outs and repairs 3. Remote login and support incl. diagnostic, remote assistance, repair and software upgrades 4. Fully comprehensive Maintenance Agreements to either include labour only or a comprehensive parts and labour agreement.
