7 Success Project Make Up Made Easy 2013 For the launch of a new brand of beauty products, the client (Lancôme) want a Point Of Sale application to run on ipads as well as a mobile app interaction. The POS application content had to be updated and managed remotely using push technology. The client wanted a hybrid approach using web technologies for a more flexible app development Development Workflow The project involved an international team with with a design company from London and project manager in Paris. I made delivered two different ipad POS applications and one mobile app over the span of 6 months. I developed custom chart directives and enhanced modal module, both adapted to the clients API data structure. The API was not ready yet, so I made API mocks to develop the Angular directives. Development Workflow Based on the client specifications, I first developed customiziable angular modules with the base features. 8 U-man Films 2013 The client is a publisher in the video making industry. I helped the client define a styles tile and made several UX proposals and designed the UI with a pure minimalist approach in order to make the media content stands out. I also developed a touch ready swipe directive using angular and idangerous swiper. I managed a team of developers to prototype and build the web service using Agile Development methods. Jib.li was featured on many website and newspapers like BBC, VentureBeat and Lemonde Development Workflow The prototype was developed under 6 months by a team of 4 developers including me as a CTO. I managed the development of a custom deployment platform like Heroku using uwsgi. A new frontend was developed from scratch using AngularJS which was my first experience with the framework.
