As I focussed on marketable services, topics like knowledge transfer or team counsel are not included - although I hold them dear.

Getting into the mood Sketching out rough styles Validation of the designs The proposed scenes Who is the user? Who is the client? What platform? What are the rules of the game? E.g. styleguide, workflows, budget, time etc. What is the history? What s the team? Usually I create various moods: user, brand, wild ideas, trend and colors; I love onsite inspiration with the design-team and we ask: What is the story? What will excite the user? Usually still without screen dimensions team and I start out with explorations. I try to define at least two valid directions based on the playground. First presentation of concept/story and the two directions. Then already within target dimension I will create some key design elements and color variations based on use case to illustrate the concepts. Further explorations and designs based on Feedback from internal ideation as well as client participation or User tests. Usually one concept is stronger & closer to expectations. This would then be iterated and refined/spread out over further screens PROCESS FOR SCREENDESIGN SUPER SIMPLIFIED
