3 As for my profile, I am an experienced Front, UX, UI and web designer with more than 10 years experience on web projects. I have a strong design background experience from small business companies to highest level customers, international mobile projects and web marketing sales campaigns. I am a very friendly person making long-lasting personal connections in all the projects that I get involved in. I like design and layout and take on every project as part of myself. 7 Client: Secretariat of State for Territorial Administrations Secretariat of State for Civil Service Project Overview Project Timeline The Problem: Open goverment actions. Spanish citizens need a direct contact to the Administrations to share, report and get a response to a lot of problems or questions related to their normal life and enviroment. We need a mobile app to report, for examples, traffic problems, dirt and trash with a simple login, take pictures and basic report. Requirement taking Customer interviews IT Requirements (inspiration) (solved)... bla bla bla... The Solution Idea solutions Low fidelity Prototypes (woow nice feelings!!) Provide to the Administration a easy track tool to get the reports using twig in the back, a simple webapp front and a easy steps to register and report, using the Administration corporate brand, doing this app able to report offline, or keep reports scratch, and share with their local networks. User Interaction Prototypes and Analysis. (corporate brand - important) My Role Come up with ideas, prototype, interviews with customers, low prototyping, use brand book. Coordinate ideas and back / front teams with customers and make documentation services to share with managers and anyone of the team.
