Upgrade of the CNC software: Before upgrade CNC software, a complete data backup (create series startup *.arc) should be generated (NC, PLC, HMI). The data should be backed up on external USB disk. - Copy the system SW image to a USB stick. - Plug in the USB stick onto controller.

4 - Power off/on the controller. - Press SELECT key when it s prompted during startup. - Select the SW Update item. - Follow the instruction there 4. Changes Compared to Previous Software Versions 4.1. Changes included in SW compared to SW User sample PLC is updated to fulfill the vertical MCP with handwheel version Changes included in SW compared to SW Some bugs are fixed: RQ-Number description AP MM+: Thread with Cycle97 AP cycle: thread cutting in MM+ tool path is not correct AP MM+: using MM+ to do the thread cutting, the cutting tool path is wrong alarm for the Spindle 4.3. Changes included in SW compared to SW Fix RQ : tool length goes to wrong tool after some operation (PR ) 2. MD361 is not available Changes included in SW compared to SW Bug fixing: press NC reset when spindle running, alarm will appear 5. Note 5.1 Note of version The toolbox includes both 808D and 808D ADVANCED toolbox. The 808D toolbox can t be installed in WIN7. If customers need to install the SW inside the 808D toolbox in WIN7 such as PLC programming tool or SinuComPCIN, they can use 808D ADVANCED toolbox to install these SW. 5.2 Note of version MM+ thread repair can t be used

For MM+ thread cutting digressive infeed is not implemented. 5.3 Note of version MD361 is not available in v Note of version One RQ existed: 1. Run a part program in MDA mode or AUTO mode 2. Press NC stop when it reached the last sentence. (Pay attention, this last sentence is important. The problem can't be repeated if program stop in the former sentence) 3. Switch to JOG mode and move axis then switch back 4. Press NC start to continue After program finish, the spindle didn't stop. Press NC Reset, spindle will stop.
