OPUS 2 has a modular design, allowing custom configurations of different battery packs and wearing options. Additionally, OPUS 2 is fully compatible with all current MED-EL cochlear implants. 4 OPUS 2 Base Kit OPUS 2 Base Kit The OPUS 2 Base Kit contains the Control Unit and Coil, and a range of related accessories. In addition to the Base Kit, an OPUS 2 Battery Extension Kit must also be purchased, see next page. 5 OPUS 2 Battery Extension Kits OPUS 2 is a modular device, so it can be paired with a variety of battery packs to fit your lifestyle. To create a complete OPUS 2 setup, select the Base Kit and at least one Battery Extension Kit. Below is an overview of all the available Battery Extension Kits. Please see the individual product pages for more information. 9 Magnets D Coil magnets are available in 4 strengths. Each D Coil magnet can be finely adjusted for ideal comfort. Due to design differences, the magnet needs to be matched to the implant model (SYNCHRONY or all other impants). FineTuner is compatible with all current MED-EL audio processors.
